TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I had purchased a Samsung top load Washing Machine on 19.05.2024(last Sunday). The seller confirmed me to deliver the product on very next day and installation & Demo will be done day after the delivery of the product.I
received the product on 20.05.2024(Wednesday) but installation & demo are not done till date i.e 24.05.2024(Friday), despite numerous occasions they assured me after repeated communications l made with them.
Therefore you are requested to resolve the matter immediately.

    I purchased a ac from sales emporium Baguihati branch from sales representative Bindu (mobile : [protected]). During purchased she confirmed that ac will be dispatch and installed on the next day. Based on her confirmation I purchased the ac and its 3 days she is not sending any installer to install the ac . When I asked she told I should not sell the ac to you. It is her mistake that she sold the ac to me etc etc. Why she has misguided me then informing that the ac will be installed on the next day without any doubt? I will ask all my relatives not to purchase any electronic gadgets from that store anymore. And want to return my ac and get my money back. With such type of behavior of salesman, sales emporium is going to close soon. I am assuring this. Kindly take necessary action if possible.

      Sales Emporium, Nagerbazar, Kolkata - 700074 had sold me a non smart AC claiming it as smart even after reverifying again and again that whether the AC would be smart and support phone, Alexa and WiFi connections. I was sold a Daikin AC convincing me that both Panasonic and Daikin are smart AC makers and one should pick Daikin over Panasonic which I did, I chose Daikin after clarifying if I am getting smart operations in it. Post installation we realised there is no smart functionality and I have been conned.

          Nagerbazar Sales Emporium employees are so careless. They just dont bother to attend customers. Its really horrible. A customer has to ask at least 10 questions to get single information about a product. Either they dont have knowledge on products or they dont want to speak out. People get disgusted and go to Khosla or Great Eastern at Nagerbazar. If you really want to increase footfall and sales, kindly train your employees how to attend...

          I had bought Whirlpool refrigerator from sales emporium Baguiati .They delivered the detective or damaged product at my place .I complained about this they told to me that it will be changed within 7 days..but till date the product has not been replaced.The sales emporium company is only known for cheating.And Finally I frustrated and lodge a compliant in consumer forum.

            I have bought a crompton greaves cooler from sales emporium nagerbazar on 29/6/2017. I have made the full payment after purchasing the product. But even after 4 days i have not received my product. When i have tried to contact them repeatedly first they are giving vague answers about when the delivery will be made, then they are ignoring my phone calls. They are responding rudely to my queries. My bill no. Is cr/03754/6/[protected]. Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.

              I was supposed to get a free gift of Sony phone bank Charges, Trolly Bag and Maharajah Dry Iron.
              till date I had only got Sony phone bank
              Other thing I had not received till date.

                I, Rajesh Gupta (Mobile: [protected]) purchased one Sharp Inverter AC (Model: 1.1 Ton Split XP13LV) on[protected] from Sales Emporium Electro City, 87 Udayrajpur East, Madhyamgram, Kolkata – 700129 for installing the same at my new flat at Srijan Midlands, 83 Jessore Road, Kolkata - 700132. The product got delivered to the above mentioned address after couple of days but unfortunately the installation kit was not delivered on that day. Finally after couple of days the installation kit got delivered. The dealer delivered a defective indoor unit which has the following problems: 1. PCB was missing in the indoor unit 2. Dealer could not give me the Serial Number of the indoor unit (which they must have) 3. A Remote control has been provided with my AC which is not for this model 4. Lot of scratches in the indoor unit (even the Logo, texts are faded out) I have informed all these to the dealer but even I asked them to replace the indoor unit but they are not doing anything. After multiple requests Sharp installed the PCB but the other problems are still there. How come a different remote is given with my A/C, how come the PCB was missing in the indoor unit, why the dealer is unable to provide me the serial number of the indoor unit, how come there are scratches in the indoor unit (Sharp logo and other texts are faded out). A BIG question... this proves that the dealer is a CHEATER, they took the money, delivered me a defective product and made me full. Now I am sure that the A/C sold to me is not at all a new product at all. Why should I use such a product which has so many problems? It is not possible for me also to spend time and money every day talking to different people and seeking for help. I have paid the full amount and I have every right to get a new sealed and genuine product. Dealer should replace the indoor unit but they are seating on it and doing nothing.

                  Bought the mentioned product from *SALES EMPORIUM (CR/03365/19/2011/2012)" JESSORE ROAD,KOL-74. I must be the most unfortunate person to buy the product from the said store.They delivered me a scratched/damaged model even in a different model's box.It was full of dust inside so anybody can understand it's an old model. After repeated calling/complaints they are not entertaining and saying that it's LG's responsibility to repair or replace.As the product is sold now they are behaving so bad and not entertaining anymore.I must be most unfortunate person to buy that product.Beonging from a mediocre family it was the most emotional buying for me and it was not easy for me to arrange that money.I DON'T KNOW WHETHER I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THAT USED/SCRATCHED MODEL BUT SURELY THE SERVICE GOT FROM LG AND THEIR AUTHORIZED DEALER(WHO ARE ALSO RUINING THE REPUTATION OF LG) IS SO MISERABLE.WONT SUGGEST LG TO ANYBODY.                   Complaint against : Sales Emporium, 443, Jessore Road, Kolkata 700 074

                  I bought an one ton air-conditioner (HITACHI; model no. RAVO14EOD) on 10/05/2009; paid the full amount in cash (Cash Memo No. CM/01001/5/[protected]. The company assured to deliver the machine at my home on 12/05/2009. The machine has not been delivered till date despite repeated requests & phone calls. Moreover, the company personnel are misbehaving with us as if I am begging something from them. I feel cheated & I am mentally traumatized. I want justice.

                  Sales Emporium — Cheated

                  I have bought a set of Su-Kam inverter set along with EXIDE inva Tubler Battery IT550 on 27/03/2010. While purchasing the sales man of SALES EMPORIUM 443, Jessore Rd. Shop , insisted me to buy the Model IT550 instate of IT500 by saying that it gives 5yrs warranty ,where as the model IT500 have 4yrs warranty along with some extra ampairs. When I wanted to see the unit he said that it is in their go down, but I need not to worry, they never cheat a customer. In good faith I maid the full payment , but when I've got the delivery the warranty card along with the battery it shows 48months(4yrs) warranty. I had a talk with the sales man of Sales Emporium , which he completely denies. I wish the Sales Emporium Co. shoul give me the warranty on the said battery for the 5th year as only their staff had said so.
                  I had to give a gift in the marriage ceremony of my neighbour Mr. Pankaj Debnath for this purpose on 1st December ’12 I purchased one ONIDA Micro Oven in his name from M/S Sales Emporium, 443, Jessore Road, Kolkata-700074.The sales girl who attended me asked to leave the article as the dealer would arrange the home delivery. The dealer made a gift pack and delivered it same day evening. One week after the marriage ceremony my neighbour opened the gift pack and found an un-sealed carton in bad condition. The more he found that the lid of the micro oven was having a scratch / big Black spot on it .There was no Guarantee card and users’ manual inside the carton. As I was informed, the fact put me into total embarrassed position. Such kind of act put my prestige in to dock. It was clear and sure the particular item what I selected was not actually delivered to Mr. Debnath.
                  Immediately I rushed to the in- charge of the show room. But he showed a total apathy to the incident. The in-charge only registered a complaint informing the engineer. His advice was what ever action would be taken by the engineer of the Onida Company and the dealer had nothing to do with.
                  I tried several times to lodge complain with the Onida Company in their e- mail address- [protected]@onida.com but every time G-mail failed to deliver it. The engineer yet to attended the complaint.
                  You will appreciate that it is a clear case of cheating and beyond of any moral ethics. I would request you to take action as early as possible. Detail of the purchase is given in the following lines.

                    Hi,

                    I have bought a LG airconditioner and an inverter on 10.05.11. I have also asked for an inveter trolley and also they have billed he amount for that. To my surprise hey have delivered all other items except the rolley. Two weeks passed till now they have not sent it. Everyday we are giving call to them and the answer is we are sendinding it but they don't.
                    I am totallly fade up by their behaviour. The owner Mr. kishore his mobile number is [protected]. We are making call to his mobile everyday and his answer is same with no step taken.
