Sambalpur University — not issuing and signing for applying migration certificate

Dear sir,
Myself komal sharma. I was a student of women's college jharsuguda i hve completed my graduation from this college and now i want to go for my further studies so for that i need my migration certificate for that the college should give the form and sign on it and then i ll go to university to apply it but the issue is the college staff is not signing i am running frm last 1 month but they are sayinh tomorrow day after tomorrow every day today its not possible the principal is not there the staff is not there. I m really tensed about my future bcoz for further studies i hve to submit my migration certificate... N if i ll not submit my one year will be waste.
Please its a request to you to help me.
