Terrible experience this Sampurna Yatra. This company took my 20k advance for Kerala package and refused to send me confirmation for the same. When I decided to cancel my trip, after requesting so many times they refused to give me refund/ credit of advance payment. Moreover they forced me to pay more money. They are good to you until you pay the advance amount. They are very unprofessional, rude and fraudsters. Was this information helpful? |
