First of all i want to share the details how i got contact with them.
One day i got a call from the executive of the samrat trades and they told that they are having extreme client services which includes trading on behalf of the customer for which they will charge for that. Initially they told that we have to pay 51000 (Rodhium cash plan - which they will give us return of amount upto 3 lakhs) and 20000 in demat for trading activity. For the same we paid 51000 to the company and loaded 20000 in our demat which we have in zerodha. After that in just two days they made loss and they wiped out my 20000. After that one guy called me named amit jain and told that the guy initially called me is busted out of the company due to his non ability of making profits. After that this person told me to put 10k in demat for the same we did and the same day again this person calls us and tells us that some software we have to buy and one good call is there for that we have to pay 22222 in this single call only we will get 50000 to 100000 and we did same.. After few minutes again this person calls us and tells that is for single call and singe call slot is got over you have to pay 22222 more so that he can book double call for that again we paid (Both we paid through credit card which we struggled today for repaying) and again he tells that gst we have to pay for both amount amounting 8000. Even we blindly believed them and paid the same. After that he told ok we will get you a client code and inflrm you next day.. The very next day the guy amit jain calls us and tells us we sent a mail regarding the plan. When i checjed the mail it is showing 222222 (Two lakh twenty two thousand two hundred and twenty two plan) again he forced to pay remaining 118778 amount. Actually he never told us about this plan all he told us is about 51k plan and the extra amount is for extra earning suddenly this guy is telling like this and for past one month he is telling atleast you pay 33333 and remaining after earning. Now how can i believe this person and he is telling no refund will be provided if i fail to pay they will give me sms services which they told me earliesr sms services are for just 7k. After paying my hard earned money of 103444 he is telling he will give the service of 7k and we have to trade ourself. And one more thing from the company one lady is calling me daily to agree their terms and conditions by sending reply mail to them, i haven't done because if i do so they will tell i agreed to their terms and conditions so they did like that. So please i am not asking the 20k which they ruined in two days just ia m asking that money which i paid to that company 103444 to refunded to me back. So kindly i am begging you to take actions against those frauds and get my money back.
