I have invested the money in Samruddhi Jeevan, amount is matured but still no money received. Can anyone help me how to get the money back from this fraud Samruddhi Jeevan?

One can approach the MPID office in Pashan Pune to submit their complaint. After the complaint you can go to the liquidation office at Marketyard, Pune near shivaji putla. I followed this procedure and spoke to the liquidator Mr. Kshirsagar who sits in Marketyard office. I think one can directly go to the market yard office with their documents and speak to them regarding the current status. The marketyard office is a govt. building. I do not have the full address but it can be easily identified.

I am Sanyukta Sharma from Ahmedabad. My agent got me into this trap in July 2015 and convinced me to invest my entire retirement money of Rs twenty lakhs in this ponzy scheme. The money was invested only for one year and the same with guaranteed interest was due to me in the mid of 2016. It is 2020 soon to end and there is no sign of refund of money to investors despite Sebi's stern orders. They say the case is with CBI but sadly CBI has been sleeping over the case all these years and there is no headway made till date! CBI has sprung into action without losing a minute into matters involving celebrities but an ordinary citizen has to wait indefinitely for justice.
I am 72 years old and require my hard earned money back. There is no guarantee of life at this age and I want my money back before I kick the bucket.
Are the concerned authorities hearing?? The delay in resolving the case in Investors' favour reflects poorly on the lousy work style of powers that be.
