about maturity refund

But refund of money. No contact no. No record company ran away with alla money how to get money back. Due to friend recommendation i have been trapped he proise me nothing will happen this money was of my mothers i thought it would be better if i will invest it i some profit but now it all gone may som body help...

This co. Society ltd made leave & licence aggrement at hisar for 12months commencing from 28/02/2016 to 28/02/2017 for commercial purposes with a rent of rs.36200/-month.
Unfortunately we not receive any rent from mach, 2017 to upto date. All contact phones / mobiles are switch off & our rented space is also locked from april, 2017 on wards.
Our space floor is completely locked from april, 2017 to till now.

fixed deposit has matured last year and my money is not refunded

I have 2 fixed deposits one in the name of my husband and other in my name, total amt of 10 lac which have matured last year, i had account with samruddha jeevan panaji goa branch which closed down and when i went to mapusa goa branch, they refused to settle my claim and said they have no idea what to do, kindly help me get my money back.

how to withdrawal 5 year monthly basis rd

I have invested for 3.5 year, when i am visited to samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co society office to withdrawal my money but they refuse to file withdrawal.. I have invested in two schemes of samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co-operative society [sjmmcsl] for tenure of 5 years. As of now i have invested for 28 months out of the 5 years scheme. However after seeing that the company is a big fraud, i went to their office at shivajinagar, to ask them to return my money. I also agreed deduct any penalty, if any, they have to charge. But they said my money will can not be refunded before...
