          My Father has invested in SJMMCSL through multiple Rearing Contracts maturing with different timeframe. the company has promised 12% interest on a yearly basis. But company has not followed ethical norms of business, due to which the company has been barred from doing any further business. Government has assigned Liquidator to take over the company charge, but there is a stay order on the decision.

          Currently there is no clarity on the payment from company. Company has not paid off the interest for this year and there is no further updates on the payments.

          As the company has been barred from doing any further business, Need to recover the invested money on priority.

          Father is a senior citizen and has put up all his money in this scheme. Need urgent help to recover the money invested.

            Hello, i bhadresh pravinchandra mehta. I have complaint that the chit fund company "samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co-operative society [sjmmcsl]" are closed & i did not received my two policy's money 50, 000 rs. Back from them. I tried to contact them in head office in pune, www.samruddhajeevanmultistatesociety.com/. But all number out of service. I tried to contect in my local city office in valsad (Gujarat) & in surat (Gujarat), but all contect number is out of service. So please help me to get my policy money back. I am attaching following copy's

            I took a FD from this bank for five years they are suppose to pay me interest on monthly basic for the first 12 to 14 months they paid now from last six month they are saying we are liquidating the funds and will return you FD amount pre maturing but didn't heard back.

              Not allowing me from withdrawing the money i have invested.

              I have invested in two schemes of samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose co-operative society [sjmmcsl] for tenure of 5 years. As of now i have invested for 28 months out of the 5 years scheme. However after seeing that the company is a big fraud, i went to their office at shivajinagar, to ask them to return my money. I also agreed deduct any penalty, if any, they have to charge. But they said my money will can not be refunded before...
