I have found fungus inside hakka noodles egg packet which was supposed to expire after August 2022 attached photos for reference.

    Hi,
    I have made a payment for CAF for rs 2275 with account id associated with phone number [protected] with name :Govind Singh Bedi and mail id: manpreetkaurbedi.[protected]@gmail.com for +3Bcom.
    However, amount is deducted but in dashboard, it shows Status as "Pending" and i am unable to download CAF.
    Below is attached screenshot for your reference.
    Please help ASAP.

      Mr malik represents himself as a director of sams group.
      Sams group looks to be a small firm but acts as an agent of prateek realtors india pvt ltd.
      Prateek group is renowned and reputed in the real estate industry.
      Prateek group has appointed sams to book flats for prateek for any new project. Sams on the other hand gets the booking done by committing discounts to the customers.

      But sams does not honor such commitments and prateek just wash off their hands, by saying they are not bound by the discount commitment of sams.

      Looks both prateek sales team and sams work in tandem to fraud the customers. Even though prateek is aware of this mal practice of sams, but takes no action against sams and also continues to use the services of sams, even after having full knowledge of such fraudulant practices.

      Shame, shame.

      Almost three months passed. There is absolutely no progress. They keep on advertising their services by newspaper advertisement without any regret about false commitment.

        Hi, I was purchaged a flat into @Prateek_Group @prateekgroupsprateekGrandcity, it was prelaunch booking, via @group_sams
        @group_sams given me a credit note, they told me to pay 40% to @Prateek_Group @prateekgroupsand @group_sams will clear my credit note it is INR82000,
        I was paied 40% July2015, after long fight(viamail)@group_sams paied me only INR30000,

        Please dont purchase any thing from SAMS group

        Same in my case...they are complete FRAUD...even a reputed builder like PRATEEK continues to use their services, even after knowing that they are getting the booking done with false promises !

          I have bought a flat in Ajnara Ambrosia (falt - c1003) through SAMS real estate group, Noida, and received a credit note of Rs 40832 after the booking. The contact no mentioned on the credit note is invalid & the person, from SAMS group who helped me to book the flat, is not picking phone. Once he has picked the call, but switched off the phone.

          SAMS group is a complete FRAUD...they get the booking done for large reputed builders by committing off hand discounts, but never honor their commitments
