Samsonite India — product service - issue - american tourister bag | |||
I had bought american tourister bag from big bazaar store on 30-apr-16. The bag has terrible problem. There is a problem with one of the wheels and i cannot move the bag back and forth. The wheel gets stuck. This is very annoying issue. So i had given for servicing to samsonite branch in hsr layout, sector 1 - bangalore. I am being asked to provide the purchase of bill. I had bought the bag 2 years and lost the bill. I do have the warrant card. It does not have date or dealer stamp because those information were part of the bill. I know for sure that the bag is under the 3 year warranty period. The service centre is refusing to accept the warranty info. I can provide a online transaction info of the purchase if required. That is all i have. This is unaccepted and i had expected better from samsonite. If the product is defective why not fix or provide replacement under the warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
