I have purchased a sumsung mobile z4 containing tizen store version on 17.07.2017. The mobile can only be used with the application available therein. No provision is made in this application for down loading of apps and other applications. Therefore, the set is completely useless and needs be replaced by android application. I hope the company will realize the difficulties of the customers and replace the mobile with that of android application to save the reputation of the company,

Company has not resolved my complaint eventhough informstion asked was supplied on 29/10/20!7. I requested the company to replace the z4 mobile which is not useful in any manner

Updated by paleja I feel company at its own accord treated the complaint as resolved without realising the difficulties faced by the customer with useless mobile having limited applications and does'nt have capacity of down loading majority of files
