Samusung — Samsung note 5 - faulty

I bought a Note 5 on 3rd jan 2016 & within 15 days it started giving me problems - Touch was not working, errors as android .core is not working, touch. wiz is not working, etc. Phone used to hang & I had to go for hard rest for min10-15 times to get the phone to respond back. Finally it started switching off on its own & I had to report to the authorized service center (Pristine Electronics, Bangalore). They told me the mother board is faulty & the stocks were expected in the evening. So I handed over the phone next day morning by 10 am & I was told that it would be repaired in 2 hrs, No call from them & after much followup (all numbers given on the worksheet are the owners number) I was informed that the display also has a problem. with lot of pressure from my end it was communicated that by evening the phone will be ready. However go no call from them. I was informed that the phone was ready. I went the next morning to collect the phone & I am told that the phone will not be handed over as it was not connecting to the Samsung Server. I have paid 55000/- for the phone & this the status of the phone in 30 days time !! I am advised to call the CC & escalate the matter. On calling the CC the agent Mr Chandra kumar is not ready to transfer the call to his supervisor. After holding the call from 3:15 pm to 4: 25 pm one Mr Raja comes online & identifies himself as the Supervisor & tells me that he was handling other customers & I did not take their advice of accepting the call back option. What Service !! Poor customer (me) has to agree that he will escalate the matter to the SC & I will get a call back from them. I am at their mercy to get my phone back now !! What do you say Mr Madhur Bung(If he is still the CEO for India) / Mr Hong ?? Is this what Samsung stands for ??? Surprised that such a reputed brand has such sub-standard Service processes !!
