Please Note: GST NUMBER 29CUBPS8547R2ZD is Suo Moto cancelled by GST department as on[protected], but GST is still collected by making FAKE invoices in the name of GILMA using this GST number

BACKGROUND:
My Gilma chimney required repairs and while searching online got a Gilma service contact Ph: [protected] Abhinesh Kumar to complain and a technician Sahan Gowda Ph: [protected] came home on 9-9-2022 and took the chimney to his office saying it requires full service at the cost of Rs.1500/- plus transportation Rs.800/- and gave a work order document No, 702 dt. 9-9-2022 of M/s S S Enterprises. On[protected] received a call from Ph: [protected] saying both the motors must be replaced and I must pay Rs.8500/- inclusive of GST and said the amount to be paid directly to M/s GILMA and a Gilma invoice No. 1268 dt.[protected] for Rs. 8500/- (Taxable amount Rs.7203.39 + [protected]@9% Rs.648.31 + [protected]@9% Rs.648.31) was sent through “My BillBook” and issued a GILMA receipt after the payment of Rs.8500/-. After 10 days Sahan Gowda brought the chimney saying it was repaired and two motors have been replaced, but the problem was not solved and again he took it back saying the blower is touching the motor and complete wiring must be checked in their office. Now, even after 120 days I have not received the chimney back and all my follow-up efforts have become a futile exercise. They are blocking our phone numbers when we call and not responding to text messages SMS / WhatsApp. Now a suspicion has arisen to conclude it as a SCAM or FRAUD based on the following facts observed during online scrutiny of documents and credentials.

REASONS FOR SUSPECTING SCAM / FRAUD:
The GST number 29CUBPS8547R2ZD of GILMA invoice appeared to be FAKE and when verified in GST portal, it belonged to SANDESH ENTERPRISES Proprietor SUNDAR SELVA KUMAR which was CANCELLED SUO MOTO BY THE GST DEPARTMENT as on[protected]. But they are still collecting GST in the name of GILMA mentioning this cancelled GST number of Sandesh Enterprises. Addresses of all firms GILMA, SANDESH ENTERPRISES and S S ENTERPISES are not traceable. Phone number of GILMA is same as that of S S ENTERPRISE [protected] (Mr. Shiva). The BANK details in GILMA invoice are also suspicious (Name: SurajSandesh Enterpr, Account Number: [protected], IFSCode: RATN0VAAPIS, Bank: RBL). The Google payment made through the link provided was credited to M/s Valorem Stack Pvt Ltd.

Following Documentary Evidence are available to substantiate the suspicion of FRAUD and can be produced to the investigating authority:
Copy of GILMA invoice and receipt, Work order form of SS Enterprises, GST Portal screen shot of Sandesh Enterprises depicting both registration / cancellation details and details of filing GST Returns, Screen shot copies of SMS and WhatsApp text messages, Recorded phone call telephonic conversations with Ph Numbers [protected] and [protected],

Today I am at a cash loss of Rs. 10, 800/- plus chimney due to the above facts and appeal for an investigation and necessary action so that in future other common people and senior citizens like me are not put to this type of loss and hardship.
