Shop has taken product on 24th nov claiming to get it serviced and returned in a day

Manager called shiva Kumar called and informed that motor and board will need to be changed ans will cost around 10 thousand for which we refused and asked to return product as is.

However more than a week now and they remain untraceable.bill provided had shop details in ms PALYA but we were unable to track the shop .

We faced a switch and motor issue with Gilma electric chimney in June 2021. While searching online, we got a contact[protected] who offered repair service. It was so we'll disguised we took it as Gilma call centre

A person Selva Kumar picked the call and said he would send a person to dismantle and we had to pay Rs.500/- for visiting. A person came by afternoon and dismantled same and gave a receipt

Later in evening we got a call from Selva Kumar, who said repair charges will be Rs.6600/-
+ GST for motor and asked us to tranfer. We transferred the same on 3rd June 2021 . An invoice for Sandesh enterprise for raised fir same

Later 2 days later we got a call again asking for further Rs.3300/- + GST for wire purchase. Transferred the same also

Post that he refused to.pick.our calls giving some or other reasons and till date (1st October) we still have not received chimney or the amount. This fellow is a major fraud and must be seen he doesn't keep cheating people at his will. Wish all major electrical companies take action against him for defaming their names
