Issues pending with M/s Sandsshoppinghub :-1)WhenI have done first transaction of 6, 999 in this company I received damaged/broken jewellery set .Regarding this, year together I had made repeated complaints but not replaced damaged/broken jewellery set. Thereafter, I have done transaction around 1 lac with sands shopping hub during 2010-11 as per request of M/s Sandsshoppinghub for assured gift.But I had received the products of inferior quality & same products two times without invoices & warranty card against my amount. More-ever I had not received any assured gift as promisedfor are privileged customer.2)In the month of July 2012, Mr. Ashish Mittal called me & assured best services, supply of invoices & warranty card for already delivered items & replacement of damaged/broken jewwellery set made me to transact three timesa)20, 500/- first transaction with assured giftb)15, 500/- second transaction for gold category assured giftc)15, 000/- third transaction for registering nominee for winning assured giftd)8, 000/- for prize code activationAll above transanctions made through credit card of HDFC Bank bearing by ANIL THAKUR.But they never draw prize & my repeated inquiry regarding prize draw Mr. Kulkarni ask me to transact further for Rs.20, 000/-but I denied. I realized game & asked to return my money repeatedly but in vain & they started playing mischief.

      Dear Sir, I have booked Samsung Tab II as per offer from Mr. Arjun (Executive of Sandshoppinghub Promotion Team). He offered tells me, You are the selected customer for our offers kindly book today with 5 gifts are free & also one other confirm gift won on 12/10/212. That time, I have not enough money. Mr. Arjun says, Please pay Rs.3000/- on advance & remaining amount will pay after receiving tab & offered products. So I am pay advance Rs.3000/- through my credit card. But till date I cannot received tab or any other product to offer me. Awaiting long period for your reply, but no answer from your side. Many times i am contact to customer care but Mr. Arjun is not available on phone & not getting proper solution. So I will decide to cancelled my order & refund my amount of Rs.3000/- with interest as early as possible.

        Dear Sir, Self had made a purchase from Sand Shopping, however due there server issue they have deducted excess amount from my Citibank Card and they had send an e-mail stating that due the said issue the TTL amount will be refunded. However with regular follow up they have refunded part amount, but still i need to receive many more, would request your good selves to kindly do the needful and get the balance as soon as possible. Maine ye offered rejecject kar di. 2 din baad firse call aaya to finally Rs 6999/- via paytm se paid kiya. Agle din fir call aaya to kaha ki bill generate hone ke liye 6999/- fir paid karne padenge. lekin wo reject karke amt refund karneko ko kaha to fir aapko 2999/- paid karne hoge to 2999/- paid kar diye. par abhi tak 9998/- amt nahi mili.                   this is vamsi from kandukur / Andhra Pradesh, i got call from shusma and she working in sandsshoppinghub.com she told that u won samsung lcd 44 inches for that u need to pay rs, 6999 that i payed the amount they told, after the payment she gave the line to another person name is naveen, that guy told that u are won 14 carat jewel, i told that i payed the amount for lcd not for the jewel refund the amount, that guy is not ready to refund the amount, after that no calls no money back no reply for email please take some action to refund the amount here the transaction email Dear Valuable Customer-- Congratulation!                         To, The Manager Paytm Sands shopping Hub This refers to purchase of Apple mobile from the Sands Shopping Hub sight on 15th Oct14. There was call from their side for Apple mobile phone on instalments basis. They offered a mobile with 6999/- as instalment which can be paid through online mode. Since i was travelling I was ready to share my bank details with their representative. And the shopping sight have debited Rs. 30000/- from my account. On 15 th Oct14 itself till date I have not received neither product (Apple mobile) nor gifts as promised by them, worth Rs 30, 000=00 against customer ID no.[protected]. After repeated calls they agreed to re-pay the amount by PAYTM. I agreed for the same and decided not to share the bank details this time. We went to PAYTM link through their site and completed the process of creating refund account with their guidance on phone. We got call from bank that again 30000/- amount was getting debited and hence they are declining the transaction. This is not an ethical way of doing business and there are lot of members who have mentioned on site that they were cheated in a similar fashion.                           Hi Team, I got a call from sandsshoppinghub.com on date(11/12/2014) which is a part of Sands Info systems Pvt Ltd which is into online shopping from Mr.Devesh patil that you are one of the choosen or privilaged customer where in you are eligible for gifts as a DELL laptop of worth more than 30k if you shop with our site and they asked me to pay Rs.6999/- for getting 4 products and also a gift as DELL laptop worth more than 30k . Pankaj Sharma asked me to pay though paytm with link shown http://sandsshoppinghub.com/paytm.php and he said it was an promotional offer for selected and privilaged customer. I have paid the below ammounts throug PAYTM present in there homepage . Transaction ID Bank TXN ID ORDERID Transaction Amount[protected] [protected] ORDS21859753 6999.[protected] [protected] ORDS52207398 11998.00 23996.00 I don?t know where did he got my details and also he has convinced me to pay so i have paid the amount mentioned above. I have written a mail to them regarding the confirmation and also the products display through online to there support team([protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com) and also try to cntact the customer care number[protected] as mentioned in there homepage(http://www.sandsshoppinghub.com/) but got no respond from then and everytime phone is out of range or busy . I decided to call again to confirm whether it is a ISO certified company or fake company, i was totally fed up with the support team as there are not at all responding.                             FRAUD THE NAME OF SELLING PRODUCT

                            Sir, I am Rajangam A from Kolkata. I paid Rs 4, 67, 000.00 to Sand Shopping Hub against their contest through my ICICI ATM and SBI ATM since Jul 2013. Since they are not closing the contest and not returning my money because I quite from contest on Jul 2014. They are told me to get your refund will be paid within 06 month. but now nobody responding from their company. Kindly help me to get my money back...

                            Hi My name is Madhusudhan. I had been cheated by SANDSSHOPPINGHUB.COM company. They had called me on Jan 4th 2015 saying that I have won the EMI based lottery which is 42" SONY LED TV For Rs 6999/-& Mr Naveen Saxena & Mr Adish had discussed me about above said.He had said that you need to transfer this amount for ECS base verification for six months EMI & This amount will be transferred to my account immidietly. Even after 2weeks they din't transferred my amount bak & any acknowledgement also given for the transaction I have don.Again they have started saying you need to complete the procedure to get my amount bak & TV, I phone, I pad, Micro Wave, Nike Shoo, Apple Note Book.will be delivered with in 3days.for this they have asked me to transfer Rs 43997/- More.which is 100% Money bak.He said that this transaction for billing purpose. For this also they have said that in 2 Transaction it can be don. For first transaction Rs 20997/- whatever the amount I transfer to them they will be transfer bak to my account instantly so that I have to do 2 times like that. Even I have don transferred Rs 6999/-*3 times total Rs 20997/- through online using PAYTM gateway on 17th Jan 15 After this transaction don from my side Mr Naveen Saxena he not at all taking my call. There Ph no is [protected]. My transaction I'ds below I Have attached.Now again they are saying that I need to transfer more Rs 23000/-. Today Mr Adish Says that my amount will be not refunded or given products also. Pls take serious action on them.and Pls protect me & many people from this trap & help me further. I have got only confident that they are using PAYTM GATE WAY.Then I thought that this company might be genuine. Even I am using PAYTM for my Mobil & Data Card Recharge.

                                  This website is a Fraud, , , , Mr Naveen Saxena had called me several times about transferring above said amount & he had promised to deliver 42" Sony Led TV, & Many more.And he is promised that they will be online while processing my amount and It will be Transferred bak to my account immidietly through IMPS so that my amount will be transfer bak immidietly.pls Don't believe if you receive call From these people.my phone no [protected] Name Madhusudhan. My dear Friends pls don't believe these people.If you believe you will be in SOUP Pls solve my problem.

                                  My name is Madhusudhan.
                                  I had been cheated by SANDSSHOPPINGHUB.COM company.
                                  They had called me on Jan 4th 2015 saying that I have won the EMI based lottery which is 42" SONY LED TV For Rs 6999/-& Mr Naveen Saxena & Mr Adish had discussed me about above said.He had said that you need to transfer this amount for ECS base verification for six months EMI & This amount will be transferred to my account immidietly.
                                  Even after 2weeks they din't transferred my amount bak & any acknowledgement also given for the transaction I have don.Again they have started saying you need to complete the procedure to get my amount bak & TV, I phone, I pad, Micro Wave, Nike Shoo, Apple Note Book.will be delivered with in 3days.for this they have asked me to transfer Rs 43997/- More.which is 100% Money bak.He said that this transaction for billing purpose.
                                  For this also they have said that in 2 Transaction it can be don.
                                  For first transaction Rs 20997/- whatever the amount I transfer to them they will be transfer bak to my account instantly so that I have to do 2 times like that.
                                  Even I have don transferred Rs 6999/-*3 times total Rs 20997/- through online using PAYTM gateway on 17th Jan 15
                                  After this transaction don from my side Mr Naveen Saxena he not at all taking my call.

                                  My transaction I'ds below I Have attached.Now again they are saying that I need to transfer more Rs 23000/-.
                                  Today Mr Adish Says that my amount will be not refunded or given products also.

                                  Pls take serious action on them.and Pls protect me & many people from this trap & help me further.
                                  I have got only confident that they are using PAYTM GATE WAY.Then I thought that this company might be genuine.
                                  Even I am using PAYTM for my Mobil & Data Card Recharge.
