[Resolved] Sands Shopping Hub — No Product or refund money received | |
Dear Sir,
I am Biswasjit Sarkar from Baneswarpur, West Bengal.On 2nd July, 2014, I have ordered some product ( HCL Tab, Watch, Bag with an assured gift HP laptop) OF Rs 6999.00 and after that they deducted my money again RS 4999.00 without my knowledge.
On 5th July, 2014, I received an email from the company with different products. So I cancelled my order and I send an email to the company CEO and I again received an email for cancellation.
Now they are again asking to pay Rs 2000 to get my refund. I have already lost 11988 Rs.
I did not get any product or i did not get any refund till date.
Please help me if possible to get my money back.
