    Hi, I got a call from sandsshoppinghub.com where the executive said that the company is newly opening and providing the promotional gift to you as a lucky customer. You will get Sam sung Note3, LED TV, Dell laptop, etc. As per their words, you have to pay the taxable amount Rs. 6999/- and this is an EMI for 12 months. During that time I said first you provide the product then I will pay money. Then he said that there is a PAYTM gateway is there, trust us sir, you will not loose your money also said you will get immediate mail and SMS notification on the same. but I have not received yet single either a mail or SMS on the same. As per paytm, I trusted and made online transaction on 31st December, 2014 during 3-5 PM IST and my money has debited from my account after successful transaction. Then after successful transaction, then again they said you have to do one more transaction Rs. 13, 000 /-.Then I got sucked and I didn't do again anything and immediately I said I want my money back. Please refund my money. But they said ok we will refund you money but you have do some procedure like previous transaction and I think they haven't got their money which is available in paytm side because they have been trying to contact everyday to refund my money buy whatever the procedure they are saying, I don't think so I will get my money back after successful transaction. So I have not done anything. Meanwhile I was contacting to paytm but they are not responding properly and also I have contacted to Bank person those guys are not responding that we cannot help you in this regard. So request you to please take a necessary action and find below details regarding transaction information.         , I got call from this company around november 2014, first i payed rupess 2000/-THEN I THOUGHT OF CANCELLING Y ORDER i wanted to cancel my order AND AT THE TIME OF CANCELLING IT, THEY DEDUCTED 3000 RUPEES FROM MY ACCOUNT.that time i came to know that it is kinf of cheating.They said they return money within 7 days after cancelling order .today is 31st december 2014.i did not get my money back.What kind of ridiculous company is this?

          I had been given an offer of Rs6999/- and i had done the transaction believing that the website is trusted. But i have not received any confirmation for the payment made and no response from the shopping site, hence i cancelled my order and demanded for refund of the amount, but the executive had cheated me and instead of refunding my amount they have deducted Rs.13998 and now my total refund amount is 20997/-(Transaction dates are 1st Dec 2014, 14 dec 2014 & 15 Dec 2014). The name of the executive who have promised me to refund my amount and cheated are, Amith Kumar, Raj Malothra, Kishore kumar, Akash Singhanya etc. They had been going on promising that will be refunded on Dec 23, and then they post phoned to Dec 27 and today they are saying it Jan 3. And i feel the executives are fraud and they are asking me to maintain minimum balnce of Rs.10000/- which is not required as per banking act. Hence i request you to refund the amount by today to my account . Please call to my no +91 [protected] for the account details. Guys those who have been cheated by Sandsshopping, Kindly drop an email to venki1.[protected]@gmail.com. Please have a copy of valid proof. However i lost hopes that they would be refunding my amount. Hence if you guys support me we could ban this website and file a case aganist their fraud activities. I have spoke to media guys, they have told that they need a valid proof and need a list of people those who have been cheated. So if they receive the valid proof they will publish in Media.             I have got a call from sandsshoppinghub mentioning you have been choosen a premium customer of our company. You have own an Samsung 3 note . For this you have to pay rs – 6999.00 . But this money you have to pay by installment. Rs- 584.00 per month. They had taken my debit card & pin for blocking this amount from my account . They told they are transferring this call to reserve bank authorised person. There is no problem for giving pin. Immediately cut Rs- 6999.00 from my account. Next day cut Rs- 31999.00 from my account.. Now they are not entertaing me. Kindly help me to refund my my money. It will be helpfull to me. Also guide me where to complain.               I have placed one Online order on the pretext of getting an I-phone 5 against order Value of INR 4, 999/- on 22/09/2014 vide Tr. Id[protected]& on 23/09/2014 I have paid INR 9, 999/- vide Tr. Id[protected] towards transit insurance of the I-phone, but till today I have neither received Order Combo pack of INR 4, 999/- nor did I receive any communication after repeated reminders. Mr. Naresh Mehta & Ms. Sarita committed me on phone that the order details will be given very shortly & you will receive your order of INR 4, 999/- & refund of INR 9, 999/- by 15th Dec;2014. I am trying to call them on the number provided to me but no one is picking up the phone as they might have saved my name with number & they are ignoring it.I have never seen this kind of Online Cheat company in my life. Kindly take action against such Unethical Online Companies & Bar them, so to avoid other people not indulging in such offers.                     Hello sir i got a call from sandinfo systems regarding a samsung note3 mobile so i ordered via credit card on 27 nov 14 i have seen all reviews of sand info system and told my sbicard to block amount and the amount 55000 is approved but with acquring bank i immediately forwarded a mail regarding the stop payment to them they r doing fraud to theft my money and informed to paytm payment gateway to : Anuj Shrivastava <anuj.[protected]@paytm.com>, [protected]@paytm.com, [protected]@paytm.com with all transaction id and ordered ids with amount and date and time and to cancel the payment and refund back. They have done a lot to me to credit my money back to my card on 15 dec 14. i have done it from my side and sbicard helped me a lot Thankyou so much sir. Regards Rajesh [protected]

                              Few months ago, i got a call from sands shopping hub, told me that your number have been select as a lucky winner and we will offer you some products(many products like watch, accessories, phone etc) in less amount. I did online transaction from my account and till now i didn't get any product from this site. And they have been asked me for secure deposit of Rs. 10, 000 and they have done transaction of Rs.10, 000 from my account without my permission. I am in loss of around Rs.25, 000-30, 000. Please help me to get back my money and product. Thank You.

(Called from phone no-[protected]) Your agent asish sharma cheating me thru my debit card on 27 th november-2014 onwards rs 6999/-+rs, 6999/- (Txn-#[protected] + 11, 999/- txn-#[protected] +2, 000 (Txn-#[protected]+ and today also he has been with drawalled an amount rs 6, 999/- from my account (Txn #[protected] and rs, 1200/- txn #311494 of bharti airtel a/c. Pos declined id charged rs 17/-+17/- two times. I called him (Again & again not pick the phone. Therefore, please inform me now otherwise i will take action against him/you shortly.                                     Cheating towards Promotional offers The matter will be taken to consumer court on high priority by many complainants if you don’t return my total amount by this Saturday 24th November without cheating me to do the On-line transaction & continue to the innocent customer. Dear Ma’am / Sir I wish to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and frustration that I have gone through because of the totally fraud services of Sandsshopping hub. I had received the call from Mr. Ravikumar of Sandsshopping on 5th August 2014 explaining about the promotional offer from Sandsshopping. I was being asked initially to pay Rs 6999 on 6th August & thereafter another Rs 6999 to pay for getting other additional products such as Apple I Pad, DELL Laptop, LG Microwave, Sony LD TV & the holiday package. One Mayur Brand Suit Length One Numero Uno Wrist Watch One 14 Carat Gold Plated Jewellery Set One Rebook Duffle Bag One Holiday Voucher And assured gift DELL LAPTOP. next time they have asked me about following items with assured 1 SONY 42 Inch LED TV + 1 APPLE I-Phone + Sony LD TV & holiday voucher on confirmed of payment for Rs. 24997/- The dates for receiving the courier were being committed to me. When I did not receive any of the items as committed on the date committed nor I do receive any communication unless I used to get connected to their representative with very great difficulty after continuous followup. I had communicated to the various personnel from Sandsshopping after very rigorous follow up & spending lots of my time & money to find the status of my consignment. Many times there was no proper response from their board line, they used to keep the line on hold &then disconnect the line. Sometimes they used to say that they will call back. But they never used to call back. With very great difficulty sometimes I managed to talk to some of their company people. Every time I was directed to new person & hence I talked to Sabbir malik, (Being told that he is handling my profile), then to Amit Kumar, Adarsh, SK Sharma, Ashish Kalyan enquiring about the delivery status. They have told that My courier was sent back to their warehouse & I have to pay the insurance amt. Then only I will get my parcel & hence I was requested by Mr. Adarsh to pay Rs 19998. They have mentioned that once I will receive my goods properly, I should call them & they will refund my insurance money back to me. They have also given me my transaction ID as[protected] & the Order ID as ORD S69803277 after paying the insurance amt. After paying this & making repeated call they started giving excuse that the items are out of stock or, some issues with courier company, the shift in their warehouse & so on. I have been told by Ashish Kalyan that if you do not receive till 29th October (new committed date-4th Time), please call us & I will help to to get your refund. I did not get a single item till 30th October. And hence I am trying to connect with them by constant follow up but unfortunately nobody is picking up the phone & hence I really do not know How can I get my money back from this fraud company. Again on13th November, I got call from one of the representative from Sand Shopping hub that he will help for Refund & kept on continuously calling me for his support. He instructed me to do on-line procedure for Refund & told me that the refund amount will be reflected in my credit card account. Rather Rs 27999/- & 23998/- were reflected as debit amount from my city bank credit card account. He cheated me again for another 27999/- & now he is not getting on line to talk & resolve the issue. It is very disgusting & total fraud by Sand Shopping Hub. The matter will be taken to consumer court on high priority by many complainants if you don’t return my total amount by this Saturday without cheating me to do the On-line transaction & continue to the innocent customer. The details about the Payment through CITI BANK card to PAYTM for Sandshoppinghub as follows: • 6th September 2014 – Rs 7000 for the promotional offer. (Call by Mr. Ravikumar) • 5th October 2014 – Rs 19998 for Insurance (Cheated for the insurance amount by Mr. Adarsh-Sandshoppinghub representative) • 13th November 2014 – 23998 (Misled by Mr. Devesh Patel for the refund amount that will be credited in my Citi bank credit catd account rather it is debited from my citi bank account ) • 16th November 2014 – 27996 (Misled by Mr. Devesh Patel for the refund amount that will be credited in my Citi bank credit catd account rather it is debited from my citi bank account ) • Awaiting all the money to be refunded to me before 10th December with no further cheating. The consumer court, the media should take action against such Fraud company & spread the word before other gets victimized to such fraud company & loose their hard earned money, time & mental peace. • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and • Issue press releases online and in the print media.
