Dear Sir, Self had made a purchase from Sand Shopping, however due there server issue they have deducted excess amount from my Citibank Card and they had send an e-mail stating that due the said issue the TTL amount will be refunded. However with regular follow up they have refunded part amount, but still i need to receive many more, would request your good selves to kindly do the needful and get the balance as soon as possible.
