Sanfe — Misleading after taking payment

Complaint Against Sanfe – Order #3170847

I placed Order #3170847 on 8 June 2026 and made a successful payment of ₹629.10 through Gokwik UPI.

Since placing the order, I have faced continuous delays and contradictory information from the company. Over multiple emails, different representatives have provided different status updates The company has been providing misleading and contradictory information on a daily basis including:

The order is under investigation.
The matter has been escalated to the Customer Delight Team.
The order is paid but not fulfilled.
Cancellation and refund status are being checked.
The order is being processed by the warehouse team.
The order is not dispatched and logistics are being contacted.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a clear and final resolution. I have also provided all requested screenshots and details, but the company continues to send generic responses asking me to wait another 24 hours.

Another major concern is the lack of accessible customer support. The contact numbers provided by the company are either unreachable or non-functional, and there is no effective customer care channel available for direct communication. The only mode of correspondence available to customers appears to be email, where responses are limited to repetitive requests to wait for another 24 hours.

Despite the company's extensive promotional presence across social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, customers facing genuine order-related issues are unable to obtain timely assistance or speak with a responsible representative. This lack of effective customer support has significantly added to the inconvenience and frustration caused by the unresolved order.

making it extremely difficult to obtain accurate information regarding my order.

I request the following:

Immediate clarification of the actual status of Order #3170847.
Delivery of the order within a definite timeline OR a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to prolonged delays and lack of proper customer support.
I am attaching copies of the order confirmation, payment proof, and email correspondence for reference.
