Sanfe — Prepaid Order Not Delivered Since 9 May Order #2830184

I placed a prepaid order (Order #2830184) on 9 May and made full payment in advance. Despite waiting for several weeks, my order has still not been delivered.

The company repeatedly informed me that the delay was due to stock issues and promised dispatch after restocking. However, even after multiple follow-ups and escalations, no proper resolution was provided.

Recently, a tracking ID (PA2229696) was generated, but the shipment status still shows "Awaiting Pickup, " which means the parcel has not even been handed over to the courier. The company continues to provide assurances but has failed to dispatch the order.

I believe it is unfair to accept prepaid orders without ensuring product availability. The prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and repeated excuses have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

I request immediate action from the company to either:

Deliver my order without any further delay, or
Process a full refund immediately.
