I bought mi note 4 and this physical damage protection plan together on 22nd march 2017. Now i go to them to get my screen repaired due to physical damage, they don't care a bit and talk only about buying a new mobile on discount, instead of claiming my insurance and covering the cost of the screen replacement.
I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue by talking to the sangeetha mobile store in rajajinagar 2nd stage where i bought it, spoke to their customer care and everything. No one resolves my issue by helping me claim my insurance which i am entitled to, and getting the repair done.
I am so frustrated at the worst after sale service i am having to go through. I want to file a legal case on sangeetha mobile and the 365 day physical damage protection at 899 vas. That they offered me on that day. Is this the way they take the senior citizen for granted every time? I wonder. Any help in this regard will be duly appreciated.
