Sangeetha Mobiles — Cancelled order Refund not initiated even after 20 days

I ordered an iPhone-17 256gb worth 80400 (After card discount) on 10th September where it was supposed to be delivered on Same day. Later that day I got a message from them telling me price got hiked and if i want the order to be delivered i need to pay the difference Amount for the price hike difference or they will Cancel the order but when I was ordering the price mentioned was old price only and i paid for the same, So I don't want to pay anything Extra and i was asked to accept the Cancellation of the order and I agreed on 10th September itself to Cancel the Order and I got a call from the Cancellation team to cancel the order i accept to Cancel it but it was not Cancelled even after four days and Called multiple times to Cancel the order and they asked me to send an email for cancellation request and I did the same on 14th September. Since then I have called them multiple times and even emailed them Multiple times but I keep hearing that it will get cancelled within the end of day. I did get calls from multiple people from Sangeetha official number itself asking for confirmation and I have confirmed the cancel the order but still not cancelled nor refunded. It's been 20 days today and as per their policy if an order is not able to deliver then they have to Cancel and should initiate the refund within 5 to 7 days.
Please help in getting this cancelled and refunded.
