Hi,
I had bought iphone se in april and i was told that there will be a cash back offer on that. I haven't received the money yet. Apparently i contacted customer care via email, seems the sangeetha is asking me for poc receipt prints during the billing... Luckily i had taken the photo copy of that. They are saying they can't cash back if there is no white slip... What is wrong with that? White slip is for customer, its nothing to do with sangeetha (They are not authorised to ask us) it's up to us to keep or throw it... Obviously there will be invoice bill provided during the billing, why this is not enough? Why the white poc receipt is required. This is totally ridiculous...in this era of competition you people are still escaping from the promise you made by asking customer for something they wont keep it... Need a solution for this.
