Hello,
I ordered a Boat Kids wanderer watch for my son, Blue color watch is what I ordered however I received the pink color boat watch. I ordered through online mode and selected blue color only which I can see in my order but looks like mistakenly you have delivered pink color watch.
Please find attached the invoice and the pics of the watch packet I received. The box back side mentioned Color as ‘Coral’ which seems to be pink color watch.
It’s been more than 20 days now and no response on the refund or replacement by customer service team. Each time they are just saying we have escalated the issue but no update from escalation team yet.
I kindly request you to replace this watch with blue color watch or if the color is not available then please refund my money at the earliest so that I can immediately place order somewhere else.
