I paid ₹80, 999.00 for an iPhone 15 Plus 256GB on 15-Nov-2024 via the Sangeetha Mobiles website. The promised delivery date was within three days. I waited, but the product did not arrive within the specified time frame. When I contacted Sangeetha Mobiles about the delay, they informed me there was an IMEA issue and the product was unavailable, but they had not notified me of this issue.
I requested a refund and made several follow-up calls, only to receive a default response stating that a technical issue was preventing the refund process. This response has remained unchanged despite multiple inquiries. After 13 days, I contacted them again today, 27-Nov-2024. They asked me to wait an additional three days.
It appears that the Sangeetha Mobiles employees are not addressing the issue promptly. Their consistent reply that the matter will be resolved within 2-3 working days is unsatisfactory. This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced. It is not at all genuine. Please be honest and refund my amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
