Sangeetha Mobiles — Misleading customers to sell unsold old models.. | |||||
Is this the way you want to survive in the market? I bought one phone ( LG K7; ) yesterday (01-July-2017) at Sangeetha Mobiles store in Jayanagar 9th block. Your staff ( LG representative?) gave completely wrong information about the phone while selling, starting from OS version, RAM, ROM, screen resolution everything he lied. He showed a demo piece when I cross questioned that then he said It's a demo piece in the New phone it comes out-of-the-box. I trusted his words but when i returned home and did use phone for 10, 15 minutes and did search in the internet I came to know that he gave completely wrong details about the specification. Phone is significantly slow compared to any other phone in that segment (9000 Rs) today. Then immediately I went back to the shop asking for the different phone.. this time I wanted to buy some other phone but not LG, as I lost trust with that brand. It ( LG K7 ) is a one year old model..may be at that time it was good..but now why lie and sell it for one year old price? Now they are saying once sold, we can't take it back. I told them the genuine reason.. then that staff told me to ask the store manager, if he agrees. Now your manager ( Manohar / [protected]) says I should go and get a DOA certificate from LG service centre. What was my mistake here? Believing that Sangeetha is a trusted brand in mobile shops? Are you really sure you want to servive in the market by cheating your trusted customers? is this the right way to conduct business? Do you have any ethics? Could you help me to resolve this issue at least ? From next time I'll avoid guys anyways. Was this information helpful? | |||||
