Dear sir, i purchased my phone redmi 13C 5G from sangeetha mobiles warangal jpn road store on 11/October/2024. This product was under 1 year warranty provided by sangeetha mobiles.My phone get problem from the second day of purchased. They are refusing to give me a new mobile.
