Hi, I have given my mobile under second year warranty for service on 20 march 2016 but still i am not getting the any response from sangeetha mobiles so can you take this as my complaint and let me know the status and when can i expect to get the mobile. Aug 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support May 19, 2016 Sangeetha Mobiles Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We received your handset for servicing on 13th May 2016 to our Head office. Your handset was serviced through the Authorized service centre and we have couriered your handset to the store address as on 18th May 2016. The same was communicated to you by our team member. Once the handset is delivered to the store address you will receive a call from our store member so you can visit the store to collect your handset.
