Sangeetha Mobiles — Mobile warranty issue

Hello I bought a mobile phone at your Uttrahalli Brach store. During the time one of your sales man said, top of the mobile, add additional coverage like insurance. So, I made and charged near 1400/-. He said, if any physical damage also will be covered.

Yesterday, my mobile fell down while driving. Tamper glass has been broken. When I changed the Tamper glass, the guy notified, mobile phone has physicall damaged. Then I visiting Uttrahalli, they said, not cover the mobile replacement and also change the mother board.
