Sangeetha Mobiles — No refund

Hello Sangeetha Team,

Order ID:1602071/Ticket ID:207075

I ordered an iPhone-17 worth 73437.44(After card discount) on 21st September where it was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. Later that day I got a message from them telling me it's not in stock. I called them to cancel the order and they asked me to send an email for cancellation request and I did the same on 22nd September. Since then I have called them multiple times and even emailed them but I keep hearing that it will get cancelled within the end of day. I did get calls from multiple people from Sangeetha official number itself asking for confirmation and I have confirmed the cancel the order but still not cancelled nor refunded. It's been 9 days today and as per their policy if an order is out for delivery they can't cancel but my order is not in any of that state as there is no stock.
Please help in getting this cancelled and refunded.
