Sangeetha Mobiles — No Refund, No response

I, Suhas SS, booked an iPhone 17 (Black) on 24th September 2025 through Sangeeta Mobiles with Order ID: 1607734.

While placing the order, I chose the ICICI Debit Card EMI option (₹12, 000 × 6 months) to avail the offer price of ₹9, 500. However, instead of the EMI plan, the entire amount of ₹82, 900 was debited at once, and the promised offer/discount was not applied.

This has caused me financial distress as I had arranged funds based on the EMI plan and urgently require the refunded/rectified amount.

Despite contacting customer support, my issue remains unresolved. Hence, I am filing this grievance through here for necessary intervention.

Relief Requested:
1. Immediate refund of the excess debited amount OR correction of the transaction as per the EMI plan and offer.
2. Assurance that such discrepancies do not occur in future for consumers.
