Sangeetha Mobiles — Order not delivered

I had placed an order for Realme P4x on Friday Jan 23 2026 which was provided to be delivered to Chennai address by Jan 24, 2026. As of now the order has not been delivered. The tracking shows it is still in bangalore, & now a message has been shown to contact the customer care centre.
I had been calling the customer care centre since saturday, yet no response.
