Sangeetha Mobiles — order not taken yet.. but paid full amount

I placed a order on samsung m01 dated 7th of july 2020. The money was debited from my account. But till now no confirmation msg/email/order status from your end. What is this??? I paid almost 8999 in total as a single payment. But in you website during my order it showed the payment pending product is available for 2hr delivery but after payment made, still it shows order status and payment status as pending. This is not fair. I need this to be resolved asap
