Sangeetha Mobiles — refund amount for twice debited with debit card at sangeetha mobiles, hsr layout, 27th main

Hi sir,
on jan 17th/2025, purchased mobile at sangeetha mobile store, 27th main, HSR layout. Amount paid through debit card, amount 1849 debited twice.
Immediatly I noticed and inform same. The store manager said to me that the amount will refund with in 3 days.
Even today(05.03.2025) I called to customer care and store manager, but in vain.
customer care people saying that visit store and talk with manager and Store maanger saying that call to customer care and ask them.
Mainly i am getting confuse that to whom I need to concern and who is responsible for this ??? And how can get refund amount???
