I have bought a mobile on 30-JAN-2022, they have provided repair and reimburse damage protection invoice and the seller informed that the check for reimbursement can be claimed after one year at any time. But when I went to the near by sangeetha mobile store. They have told that the it shld have been claimed within 30-Jan-2023. As the swller has not informed regarding this(has to be claimed within one year).I request you to look into the issue and provide the reimbursement.

    I had ordered iPhone 13 on 14th March and they said it will delivered on 15th March but it was delivered today on 16th March. On the site it was mentioned that 2000 cashback for HDFC credit card payment I also called customer care and made confirmation that cash back will be applicable only if you pay payment through pine labs payment method so I did the payment through pine labs payment method but still the cashback was not recieved. Then I contacte the customer care through chat then they was saying that through online payment cash back is not available only if you pay through offline store cash back is applicable. Please provide the cashback as promised or else don't follow the customer going forward try do a genuine business and attract the customer through proper business model

        I have ordered Realme 10 pro+ GB Ram and 128 GB storage mobile from sangeethamobiles.com online on 15th January 2023. I was expected a delivery on 18th January 2023. But I haven't received the delivery. So I have called the Customer care mobile number and they told me that the mobile is not in stock. So I have cancelled the mobile and asked for the refund. The refund has been initiated as per the confirmation of the mail from the Sangeetha Support team. I did not received the amount yet. I have mailed them over 300 times and called them over 100 times. While the emails were not relpied, the people from the customer care told me to wait until the end of the day to get a callback. I did not receive any callbacks. I have paid Rs.25, 999. My order ID is 133364.

              Hi,

              I have recently booked a mobile in Sangeetha Mobiles on 23rd Jan 2023 with online payment. I got a call on 26th Jan 2023 about non availability of the booked phone. I demanded the same phone bez at the time of booking of the phone, it was available on website. They suggested me to cancel the order and take refund. I said you have to cancel the order from your side and process the refund bez it’s not my mistake to cancel the order. Finally they cancel the order and said refund will be processed in 2-3 days. Even after 7 working days I did not get any updates or refund I had to call customer care send emails follow-up with both the Sangeetha team no use. Everyday I am calling to their customer care but except promise they are not giving anything. Their executive I was told the previous refund was not processed due to technical issue and now they have done it again, it was again a false promise and today on 10th Feb 2023 I again called the customer care and receive the same response saying refund not processed and need to wait till end of the day for update. Literally they are cheating the customers by keeping our money with them. It is a pathetic experience very bad service .I regrate for booking the mobile worth Rs 19890/- here in this website please don’t trust this website you will not get the product nor the refund. It is not secure to do a online payment when they have a such a bad service.

              Refund not yet received so far, every day they are coming with new and false stories and basically they don't want to refund the money.

                I had placed an order of realme 10 pro plus but the estimated delivery is by12 am of 4th feb that is technically by 3rd feb, Thee website shows zero details & nearly impossible to know about the present status of my order, there's nothing but order is on the way since i have placed my order, i called the support line like million times but their executives are always giving reasons like today is sunday, its lunk break, we have contacted the concerned team and they will contact you, he didn't even had my any of my details and didn't asked for my order id, he hardly looked into my details, I called him to have the details of my order and to have the contact details of the delivery partner. I have left like so many mails theres no replies for any of those.I have been feeling like sangeetha mobiles is aa scam, beacause i don't know whom to contact customer care is the worst irresonsible i have ever seen and mails are not responded so i came here.My order is id 145570. I hope I get my resolve.

                  On 13th January I tried to purchase mobile through their online portal and tried to pay through online(Paytm wallet) but transaction was failed and my money deducted.On 14th January I sent mail to support with all the details.

                  But till date my issue was not resolved and I didn’t get any concrete response.

                  I tried to reach multiple times through mail and mobile but I didn’t get response.
                  It’s been 15 days and my money was blocked.

                        I have ordered iphone 13 from Sangeetha mobiles online site on 12/01/2023 and i received the product on 14/01/2023.
                        While checking apple warranty coverage it shows activated from 02/01/2023, i don't know how it is activated even i didn't activated my mobile so far because of this issue.
                        Regarding this i already dropped mail but no proper responses.
                        Even from customer care the executive Vara Lakshmi don't know how to handle the customers, and disconnects the call in between tried multiple times.
                        I don't know while people are hiring for customer support from Bangalore cause the people only capable for cheating fraudulent and online money loan companies.
                        Kindly don't trust Sangeetha mobiles just go with poorvika or Flipkart or Amazon.

                          Delivery delayed and no refund for cancellation

                          Orderd realme headset online portal, they committed 2 hr delivery and not delivered the item in 48 hour. So I contacted customer service and they keep on telling they will arrange next day as they dont have stock. So I asked for cancellation and refund. As per their guidance I wrote an email for cancellation. Now they are not giving any update and no refund from thier side. Really experienced pathetic service....

                          I ordered for above mentioned mobile on 5 Jan. 2023 and i was suppose to get the delivery on 8th. Jan. On 8 th. Jan i got from customer care that there is no stock for the product I ordered, for that i requested bydropping mail to cancel the order and process my refund, for that igot replied that concern team is working on the issue. So i waited and after no response from them i called customer care and the same reply on 10 th Jan i again dropped the mail but no use. Actually it is not my mistake it is their problem that don't have the stock so why should I suffer mental agony.
