Sangeetha Mobiles — Refund not provided for the repair or reimburse damage protection

I have bought a mobile on 30-JAN-2022, they have provided repair and reimburse damage protection invoice and the seller informed that the check for reimbursement can be claimed after one year at any time. But when I went to the near by sangeetha mobile store. They have told that the it shld have been claimed within 30-Jan-2023. As the swller has not informed regarding this(has to be claimed within one year).I request you to look into the issue and provide the reimbursement.
