[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Regarding cash back offer | |||
I have purchased the lava iris x 8 handset from sangeetha mobiles rajajinagar first block branch on[protected] and they said that there is a cash back amount of rs 890, but when i planned to get that cash back in that branch, they said that the phone number is incorrectly entered in the bill having invoice number si/rj3/182 and hence they are telling that the one time password will be sent to that invalid number which is not in existence. So for that purpose the the staff said that we will sort out the problem by discussing it with head office. But the thing is till today i. E after 6 days also they have failed to solve the problem and they are carelessly answering that the head office is not responding to them... It is too bad to listen the silly reasons even after so many days... So please go through this issue and solve the problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
