[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Sangeetha mobiles - regarding insurance claim for the mobile that purchased in sangeetha

I purchased sony xperia z1, sangeetha mobiles hyderabad. Unfortunately the mobile got bend after slipping from my hand. I handed over to onsite care which was arranged by sangeetha two months ago, they said it needs to claimed by insurance company, there the struggles started for me. I have been calling, onsite care, sangeetha and insurance company regarding my mobile, all are throughing the issue on each other. Finally i wrote an email to [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com and explained the issue, they just forwarded that email to onsite care. There is no response from any of them till now, i sent many reminders on my email to [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com, they did not even reply to my email. Service request id: 95526, this is the reference number which was given by onsite care and sangeetha It's been almost more than 2 months since i gave my mobile to them, still there is no clarity on the issue. They are not at all serious on customer problems, they just want to sell the mobiles
