I ordered a mobile phone from Sangeetha Mobiles on 12th May 2025, with a delivery date of 13th May before 10:30 PM. Today is 15th May, and I still haven’t received the product. On 13th May at 3 PM, the customer support team informed me it would be delayed by 1–2 business days. Later, another support call mentioned 2–3 working days, meaning delivery by 16th May.
Since then, I’ve been repeatedly calling their third-party support, but all they say is that my issue has been escalated to a senior staff member. For the past three days, I haven’t received any update—no calls, no messages. They don’t have given a proper Written statement about the issue, nor do they let me contact Sangeetha dealers directly.
This delay and poor response have caused me stress, anxiety, and inconvenience. When I asked for compensation, they offered only a ₹250 voucher, which is unacceptable. As per Indian consumer rights, I’m entitled to proper compensation, but they claim they lack the authority. When questioned about their responsibilities, they remain silent and unhelpful.
