Sangeetha branch in Sircilla said that they will receive the mobile return if we bring back. Now they say that they are not responsible for this. They have given wrong promise. Please take action immediately. They should be responsible to exchange the mobile. It was returned within a week because of the lack of features in that phone. New phone is proposed to be taken in behalf of that.
