I have purchased a plot of 4000sqft. From Sanghamitra estates pvt. Ltd. On Nov’2012, At that time they were committed to give possession within a year. But after 3 years also I did not get my plot possession. Still they are playing with me may be with many more. I had purchased that plot for investment purpose and now want to sell that plot. Due to unavailability of possession I am unable to sell my plot.
I urgently required money for some domestic work.
I want immediate possession or current market value of the plot.
