Non-attending complaints and regarding monthly maintenance charge

I purchased one 3 BHK Flat from Mahima Group in D-103, Nirvana, Mahapura, Ajmer Road, Jaipur - 302026 (Rajasthan) for which registry has been done in the last week November 2016 and I shifted in the flat in 2nd Fortnight December 2016.
This flat is on furnishing scheme as per the list given (certain modification in the items agreed). Some small items are yet to be delivered even after 3 months. There are some construction discrepancies...
