Dear Sir,
Please send Dog Catcher Vehicle urgent basis . I am Staying in Mahima Florenza, Patrakar Colony, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
In our colony around 7-8 street dogs have come and they fight overnight and bark at people and have tried to bite few natives here. When they find any child alone they cover up and bark and threaten the child everyday.The dogs moves in groups . We request you please do the arrangement to remove the dog .

दी महिमा सिटीविले रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर सोसाइटी, गाँव -मुरलीपुरा नियर V.I.T कॉलेज नीले कुंज के पास जगतपुरा जयपुर, में 2 महीने से रोड की लाइट बंद पड़ी है, जिसके चलते रोड पर रात को अंधेरा बना रहता है इससे सभी लोगों को आने -जाने वाले को बहुत दिक्कत हो रही है और दुर्घटना होने के सम्भवना है। रोड की हालत ठीक नहीं है।

I have a property in mahima studio panache (Flat no. 811c) which i want to give on rent. I am in constant touch with mr. Manoranjan shukla who takes care of rental division as i am following up with him since one month but i have not obtained any result. Yesterday evening i had visited mahima head office branch in crystal mall, jaipur where i met mr. Vinod sharma regarding this but he told me i cannot give an application at head office and...

I purchased one 3 BHK Flat from Mahima Group in D-103, Nirvana, Mahapura, Ajmer Road, Jaipur - 302026 (Rajasthan) for which registry has been done in the last week November 2016 and I shifted in the flat in 2nd Fortnight December 2016.
This flat is on furnishing scheme as per the list given (certain modification in the items agreed). Some small items are yet to be delivered even after 3 months. There are some construction discrepancies like water stagnation in bathroom, rain water draining at main entrance not proper. Another big problem is daily basis cleaning of two balconies of our first floor by pigeon from top and impossible to enter into the balcony. Mahima Group should find a permanent solution for removal of pigeon from top floor. Similar problem in my stilt car parking area.
Another issue is regarding maintenance charges of flat which is around Rs. 4000/- p.m. considering even balcony area. In that case, it is the responsibility of Mahima Group to maintain and clean balconies on daily basis or otherwise they must not charge for this area also.
Mahima Group has arbitrarily formed themselves a society namely The Mahima Nirvana Resident Welfare Society without associating a single flat owner name. They also refused to show me the office bearer names and bylaws of the society.
I am ready to pay maintenance charges due since January 2017 but to Mahima Real Estate ant not to this fictitious resident society for which they are not agreeing and their argument that in such an eventuality, service tax would be applicable. Being a responsible citizen, I am ready to pay Service Tax, if applicable, than to hide this expense.
I met several times their officials in the past and even their Vice President, Mr. Amardeep Arora but no solution could be arrived.
I asked them the contact nos. of Managing Director of Mahima Group, but either they have such instruction not to give or this is their way of working.
I had sent a letter to their Managing Director through courier in February 2017 and then sent a mail also last week but did not receive any official reply from them.
Finally, I would like to mention here that Mahima Group must honor all the commitments at the time of booking of the flat and rectify defects in construction plus resolve the maintenance issue on transparent and fair basis and they must handover the society to the residents of the flat owners at the earliest.

Mahima worldwide devloper director Ashis Das is a cheater. He has taken 10 lacs as advance 10 months ago, and he hasn't started with the construction only. When we asked him to cancel the flat, he gave postdated cheque, we waited for allmost 1 month but now we want to confirm whether he has sufficient amount. But he is not picking the call and he has changed his number. His assisted Santhosh and other employees who are all working with him don't give any information. they behave like thieves... if someone goes to his office to enquire about him all his employees will go inside and lock the door and sit inside. One strange thing is .. Mahima Worldwide Developres office is behind Hebbal Police Station. Some people daily visit his office and fight with him abt Cheque bounce.. Now he has started with some other business like loan processing etc.. So People please beware of Ashis Das, he is one fake person. He doen't speak proper english also, , , he looks like goonda... Even if he escapes today, but he will be caught very soon.. Ashis Das doesn't have strength to earn himself and spend.. he needs other money to enjoy..
