We have bought the one month recharge on 11 december thru pay tm

But it is said from your side it run only half month

I have made complaint about this. Waht is the matter my tata sky i recharge for full month and it is now not having signal and the balance is not showing it should have run till 10 jan 2019.
I recharge for the full one month on 11 december but is is consumed as shown by tata cky.
