Dear concerned, i have filled complaint in sansui service centre 2 times before for repair of my machine washer as it was not working properly, further on the month of jan they came and replaced the motor of the machine, it worked for 2 days and again i got the same problem the machine is still not working, i am standing in the month of april 2023 still the problem seems to be the same, you can check on thier records with the machine sno. how many times i have filled the complaint ? on 25th march 2023 i have again filled the complaint with refrence no. mhsw[protected] but until today that is[protected], no one has come to attend.

This is to inform you that I have one of many Sansui Acs' with a compressor issue. As there is a compressor warranty of 5 years given by the company. So, I am writing this to you to claim my warranty.
Please get back with a proper resolution as soon as you can.

INSTALATION MR.आजाद नामक कर्मचारी के द्वारा किया गया एवं चार्ज 1499
रुपया लिया गया उसके दस दिन के बाद कुलिंग नही होने का शिकायत करने पर
सर्विस सेंटर के ASM आर्यन के द्वारा अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया एवं
कोई रिस्क नही लेने का बात किया गया तथा TEQUNICIYAN आजाद के द्वारा भी
उन्ही का बात मानाने का आलोचन किया गया
महाशय हम उस प्रोडक्ट का क्या करे जो कार्य ही न करे तथा इस गर्मी के
मौसम में SANSUI AC क्यों लगवाए जब उसका सर्विस अच्छा नही हो

Sir, my washing machine under warranty period & I have raised complaint that the noise comes from the dryer motor.

Ist I gave complaint on 28 Feb. Nobody came & call me. My complaint was cancelled. Then again on 3rd March, when I call to service centre to know about my complain, then he told me your complaint has been cancelled. Then, I raised again complaint but same thing was happened with me.
After this, I call on 17 Mar 23 at 11:20 Am, again the service centre raised my complaint & assure me that within 24 hours technician will visit your house. When 24 hours completed & nobody came. Then I again call on 18 Mar 23 at 1 Pm, then again assured me that till evening our technician will definitely visit to repair the washing machine, but nobody came. Again, I called on 19 Mar 23, then again assured me that the available technician will visit your house on 19 Mar, but again nobody came.

Sir, now I really fed up that why I bought Sansui Washing machine which service is very poor. No body cares about the complaint. Only excuses are given to me.
At last I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Under which, I was entitled to avail Rs.20, 700/- redemption on next purchase of any KAIL LIMITED product after completion of 5 years.
And now, when I contacted the dealer, they said the company has been shut. And after that I contacted the Sansui Customer Care, they are saying that Sansui has been taken over by Jaina...

Sir it's very shocking for me that the distributor sold a defective product to me. The half of display of The TV got blank on 12.01.2023. I immediately informed the dealer and he replied that he can't do any thing in this regard . He completely denied to replace the TV.
Sir the TV .is under full warranty period as display got defective on 12th day of purchase and I got complaint registered within 13 days.
Sir I request you to help me as I am undergoing very bad and painful experience due to indifferent behaviour of SANSUI Dealer. The SANSUI Dealer has done fraudulency with me. Sir you are the only hope for me .If don't do justice with me then who will listen to me

Hi I am Sumit i have Sansui top fully automatic washing machine on 30 dec 2022 i have placed a complaint my complaint had not been resolved yet today is 12 Jan 2023 I am very very disappointed with Sansui company very poor company service is very poor

I purchased a Sansui 6kg Washing machine on 18th March 2021(Order ID: 0D[protected] from Flipkart.

There is smoke coming out from the machine so I raised a request(SR: KASW[protected] and technician visited and confirmed there is an issue with DRUM on 21st Oct 2022.

It has been 2+ months but there is no response from the Sansui side so I need this product to be returned and need my amount back.

I have purchased a Sansui tv in JULY 2022 which picture got dead in just 2month after which i have registered complain Service Request No.- GJSL[protected], the engineer visited just after 1day but was unable to repair my tv and told me that the part needs to be replaced. But even after 10 days there is no response from yourside. This was not expected from a reputable company and I request you to look into the matter and repair my smart or replace the tv with a new one as soon as possible.

Sir,
I have bought top loading automatic washing machine through flipkart in December 2021.
In May 2022, this machine started showing some error code and stops during operation. On 16th May'22, I have registered a complaint with Flipkart and after a week Flipkart told me to register complaint direct to Sansui Customer care.
On 23rd May'22, I have registered complaint with SANSUI. Now it's been 3 months the machine is in dead condition. Till today, 7 times different parts were replaced, 10 times different technician were visited but no one could find out actual fault. From bottom level to top level person were involved in resolving this issues but all in vain. When they all realized that this machine can't be rectified further then everyone started giving me assurance on replacement. On 30th July 2022, Sansui Head ( india) Mr. Vinod Yadav personally started addressing this issues and assured me for replacement of this machine immediately. Now he is not responding to calls nor any messages. Even his colleagues involved in this matters are also irresponsive.
Its been exactly 3 months from now and I want to file complaint against SANSUI INDIA and seek full refund amount of Rs. 12999 along with compensation Rs. 8000 on the said act causing great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.
Please look into this matter and resolve it immediately.
