Hi I am Sumit i have Sansui top fully automatic washing machine on 30 dec 2022 i have placed a complaint my complaint had not been resolved yet today is 12 Jan 2023 I am very very disappointed with Sansui company very poor company service is very poor

Dear Team,

I purchased a Sansui 6kg Washing machine on 18th March 2021(Order ID: 0D[protected] from Flipkart.

There is smoke coming out from the machine so I raised a request(SR: KASW[protected] and technician visited and confirmed there is an issue with DRUM on 21st Oct 2022.

It has been 2+ months but there is no response from the Sansui side so I need this product to be returned and need my amount back.

I have purchased a water geyser from Flipkart on date 10.09.2021. and it has 2 years of warranty. Now it stop to work, i maild many times to customer care but didn't get any response. I have invoice. Please help me.

I have purchased a Sansui tv in JULY 2022 which picture got dead in just 2month after which i have registered complain Service Request No.- GJSL[protected], the engineer visited just after 1day but was unable to repair my tv and told me that the part needs to be replaced. But even after 10 days there is no response from yourside. This was not expected from a reputable company and I request you to look into the matter and repair my smart or replace the tv with a new one as soon as possible.

I have bought top loading automatic washing machine through flipkart in December 2021.
In May 2022, this machine started showing some error code and stops during operation. On 16th May'22, I have registered a complaint with Flipkart and after a week Flipkart told me to register complaint direct to Sansui Customer care.
On 23rd May'22, I have registered complaint with SANSUI. Now it's been 3 months the machine is in dead condition. Till today, 7 times different parts were replaced, 10 times different technician were visited but no one could find out actual fault. From bottom level to top level person were involved in resolving this issues but all in vain. When they all realized that this machine can't be rectified further then everyone started giving me assurance on replacement. On 30th July 2022, Sansui Head ( india) Mr. Vinod Yadav personally started addressing this issues and assured me for replacement of this machine immediately. Now he is not responding to calls nor any messages. Even his colleagues involved in this matters are also irresponsive.
Its been exactly 3 months from now and I want to file complaint against SANSUI INDIA and seek full refund amount of Rs. 12999 along with compensation Rs. 8000 on the said act causing great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.
Please look into this matter and resolve it immediately.

I have parchase Sansui smart LED TV from Online by Flipkart. After few days I faced some problem with the led I have complaint against the Led tv your technician came and check it and fixed some issues on that time I will told him in my Sansui Led tv USB drive not showing and working.and in my tv screen mirror and Google home not working properly but your technician team told me they solved my problem and issue but on one come or call me for solving that issue. I have parchase Sansui Led tv for enjoying but I have safar to buy the led tv because of that unsolved issue.

Have bought sansui 6.5 kg semi automatic washing machine one month back, machine giving some sound while operating. Have registered complaint with customer support team still no call no visit from technician 3 days passed. After frequently calling customer care no valid update they speak their recorded statements only. Past three days my mother washing clothes by hand she is old, inspite of telling all this to customer care they are not taking any immediate steps to check why technician not calling n visit. Sansui is very renowned in market y after sales service is not proper. Please help me as i m unable to use machine unless technician visits.
