                Greetings

                With full of grudges and after speaking with sansui Managers/Technicians/Service agents, writing this email and requesting for New Sansui 9 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine or Full Refund of current Machine.

                From Last 2 months, we have been having some issues with (Sansui 9 kg Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Grey washing machine) purchased in feb 2021. All details are attached in the invoice.

                Your executives opened the complete machine when they came and they were not well trained which increased the washing machine poorer functuanily as it was a machine bearing ball issue first which later increased with Machine broken belt and now complete machine shake vigorously (moves 1ft from its original place on its own).

                Taking Few Names Mr. Rakesh (Service Manager) and Mr. Gurmeet singh ( Head Manager, Ambala), all are helpless now as they always say, its part is ordered and we will come as soon as we receive it.

                We are having problems with this continuously for 2 months so request you to pls provide a solution with Full Refund Or New Sansui 9 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine.

                  LT Nano TV 55 inches was bought on 30th November 2020, which means that it is under warranty. On 6th November a complaint was lodged that battery is showing low even after changing cell in the remote. Technician came n said to change cell from Everyday to duracell. He told us to use duracell braNd only.
                  We did as he said. But now it's not working again. I lodged a complaint again yesterday. Today on phone technician is telling that I have to change the remote, which is chargeable.
                  Why remote is chargeable when tv is under warranty
                  Whether the quality of remote is so bad that it got spoilt even before one year.
                  I would like to emphasise here that remote was being handled very smoothly, as no small children or pets are there at home

                    Purchased Sansui LED TV Model NO. 32HB02CA[censored]nder JITNA DO UTNA LO - 2015 Consumer Offer on 09 February, 2016.
                    Under which, I was entitled to avail Rs.23900/- redemption on next purchase of any KAIL LIMITED product after completion of 5 years.
                    And now, when I contacted the dealer, they said the company has been shut. And after that I contacted the Sansui Customer Care, they are saying that Sansui has been taken over by Jaina India and they have no information of dealings before 1st September 2019 and they can't do anything with my complaint.
                    Kindly help me in redeeming my claim

                      Dear Team,

                      I am requesting help from this forum after getting really frustrated with Samsung Service & their so called scripted response from Senior technical professional.

                      I bought a Samsung A22 phone in 29th Sep'21, the phone got overheated during charge and stopped working.

                      When I took the phone to service center they told that that the internal screen is damaged, however, I was not able to find a single scratch or dent on the mobile screen.

                      I have raised only the below queries based on the initial response from Samsung:

                      1. If your engineer has performed his investigation to conclude it's physical damage done by the customer. Please provide your investigation details to prove your point.

                      2. Please ask your engineer to demonstrate " Impacted Damage" on my phone where the internal part of the screen will break without having any impact on the upper part of the screen. If he can demonstrate the "Impacted Damage" as per your policy it will eventually rule out the question which I have raised in the quality of the product.

                      Samsung support was not able to provide a clear response to the above clarifications apart from giving a scripted response.

                      There is not even a single engagement from their Senior Officials (Marketing Head, Regional Head etc) or even after involving their CEO.

                      ITS AN EXTREMELY POOR SUPPORT & GOVERNANCE FROM SAMSUNG.

                      I am more than 100% sure that there were no manual damage done from my side and am pretty sure that it's a poor quality of material used while manufacturing the product.

                      I have also attached few pics of the current phone. Please review the images and do let me know if this is still considered under physical damage caused by customer or it's a result of poor quality of manufacturing.

                      Please guide / help me how to raise a consumer case on this.

                        It's been more than a month I filed a complaint at your service center in Dewas (MP) - A1 Service Center.

                        I purchased a new sansui led one and a half month ago and after 1 week there was a problem in the product. I filed a complaint after 10 days one man from A1 service center came and took the led along with him as he was unable to resolve the issue.

                        Next day when I called him he said there will be the replacement of your product. Now it's around a month there is no updates from there sides nor they give us a correct information or tell about the time at what exact time we will be able to get our Led back.
                        It's soo frustrating call them again and again and hearing the same old thing that we have filed a complaint and now we don't know when will your product will be replaced
                        I want you to look into this as soon as possible or give me some other way to go to your head and I will surely never recommend anybody to buy your products for sure. It's really the worst experience just because of your services 🙏🙏

                              I have purchased a SANSUI LED TV model no. (SJX40FB11X) under JITNA DO UTNA LO - 2015 Consumer offer in Andhra Pradesh near Rajahmundry on Jan 28th 2016.

                              Now I want to exchange this product as per the offer. I am unable to find a store location where I can exchange no proper response from customer support.

                                  This is to bring to your notice the faulty products sold by your vendor Reliance Digital, their condition, and customer support.

                                  Vendor: Reliance Digital - T Dasarahalli [Bangalore, Karnataka]
                                  Description:
                                  The Reliance Digital vendor upsold the Sansui TV [SANSUI 50 UHD SMART LED TV JSW50ASUHD] with a mega offer on the independence day by making an argument of getting bigger TV for a lesser amount and even had all the third party finance as a trap. There was no real product display and all things were upsold in comparison to other brands and pricing. Finally, all in all, the product delivered was faulty and nowhere near the Sansui Brand standards. The problem started the day after the product was installed where the TV automatically switched off at least 3 times and needs to be turned on manually. After contacting the vendor regarding this issue a technician was sent over within the 7 day period [Return Window] who reset the TV or software and nothing else was done by the vendor apart from this action. The technician was sent only because the vendor did not agree in the first place for a return/replacement of the product at this point in time. After few days the same issue is re-occurring and when reached out the vendor is trying to use the Return Window as an exploit or a defense which is 7 days and instructed that they would repair it and never replace it. This probably might cost me money or end up with a repaired/sub-standard product which is not at all fair in any aspect as a consumer. Moreover, since there is a third-party finance aspect involved in this case the vendor has an unfair hand in this situation. This is completely unacceptable for a consumer, provided that there was no damage done or product is not tampered with and a horrible experience due to such a mismanagement and lack of knowledge from vendor dealing with such a reputed brand.
