I am Vijay Kumar s/o Late Sh. Raghbir chand. I had purchased Sansui t.v.Studio 20" form M/s Mohar Electronices as per bill no. 805 on Dated 25/10/03. Sansui Studio 20" Serial Number is [protected].
I repair the T.V. set from your techinals. They had changed the picture tube of this set. The job number is CP052601
I am appreciate your incredible invention of Sansui Studio 20" T.V. Set. I enjoy full entertainment from your incredible invention yet. but now My T.V. set's Remote doesn't work. I have changed the batteries many times but the problem is still due.
Please repair my remote set urgently beacase this set's fornt panal buttons will be disabled due to remote reponse failure. I fear that I would disable to get full entertainment.
Please make the visit of your technicals to know what the problem is. If it's any parts is repairable please repair the part.
Please send your reply mail about this earlier.

    Myself Md. Hanif from Kota Rajasthan, I bought a Sansui Colour TV around 2 1/2 years ago. Suddenly one week ago some problem arise in the TV and it stopped working, i infomed the call centre and lauched my complaint. They have given a complaint no, ( JOD[protected] ) and informed that service person will contact as soon as within 24 hour. But after passing 3 days service person neither reported nor contacted. I contacted once again and referred my complaint no. and still they gave same reply but evern after passing of 5 days service person neither reported nor contacted.
    Kindly look into and forward our complaint to suitable level.
    pls do the needful.

      Respected Commissioner,

      I worked for Kitchen Appliances Limited (Electronic Division) from 11.11.2001 to 28th September 2007.
      I have submitted my EPF/EPS withdrawal form for settlement to the Company on 4th November 2008 & clarified the same with my HO at Mumbai & it was confirmed that they have received my settlement form.

      Till date, I have not received any communication neither from the Company nor from the PF Office with regards to the above. I give MY PF NO: MH/43305/0704 to expediate the same from your end at the earliest.

      More over, there are lot of family commitments & child Educations are there to meet the requirements & in addition to the above during November of last year I met with an major accident also & I am not in a position to take care of Medical Expenses. I repeatedly following the same with the previous employer (ie., Kitchen appliances India Ltd., (Electronics Division) but in vain no person is in a position to give responsible reply to all my communications, since our group company has merged with Videocon.

      Hence, I request your goodselves to kindly help me out to get back my Provident Fund accumulation amount at the earliest & which will be highly helpful to my family.

      Your immediate action will be highly appreciated Sir.

      Kitchen Appliances (I) Ltd. SANSUI — WITHDRAWAL OF PF

      Dear All Concern
      This has ref. to my pf NO MH/43305/1499, That i had worked with M/S Kitchen Appliances (I)Ltd, SANSUI at Chandigarh. I resigned on June 30th 2007 and i submitted my pf form at My Head Office which is in Mumbai. As per my company people of Mumbai they have submitted my pf form at PF Office of Mumbai on Oct 8th, 2008 but i am sorry to say that still i didn't get my pf.
      From Last two weeks i am trying a lot to contact at pf office Mumbai on telephone[protected] to 26470007 but i couldn't able to contact any body beocz no body is pickingup the phone .Hence i Request you to kindly advise & take care of my case for above said pf number.

      I had been releived from LNT mysore on April 14th 2010, my EPS withdrawl form was settled on March 31 st of 2011 By LNT accounts, still now i had not received any EPS.

        Sir,
        I bought a tv (Sansui model ctvk2k21v) from sri lahari electronics, #11-46, mahaveer e4nclave, beside teliphone exchange, shamshabad, r. R district. Ph.[protected].. They produse one year warranty card & purchase bill. But last 4 weeks the tv is out of order and we were complaint to the above mentioned shop dealer. Then one technician came after one week of the complaints. And he couldnt service that system. & he gone. Then yet it no result. Many days we will calling to the shop dealer but he didnt atleast hear me. The purchase date of the tv is 07/10/2008/ what we want todo for this inconviniance? Please help me for this problem. We thought the shop dealer will cheated to me. What we do? My address is:

          I purchased one Sansui LCD 324 from SYENO Electronics Hall Bazar Amritsar on 18th April 2008. For the last 3 months there is problem in its audio. The audio goes off mute of its own and comes back to normal after a minute or two. The problem is sometimes very frequent and hence troublesome. Despite repeated complaints the company people havebeen unable to rectify it.

            I have purchased SANSUI colour TV from Khairagarh Town (Chhattisgarh) and now using at Raipur (Chhattisgarh). I can not find any service center of SANSUI tv. My TV is not working properly. The TV is going off itself. Please let me know the service center for SANSUI TV... in my city . How can i find Engg.

              Hi,

              My name is Ashwin Jain and I have been at the receiving end of a scam by Next Retail India Ltd. and Sansui India Pvt. Ltd. One party sells faulty items and the other refuses any service on them. Result: My money has gone down the drain

              I bought a Sansui DVD Recorder from Next in September 08 (about 5 months ago). The machine ran smoothly for about 3-4 DVDs and then became erratic. It would recognise some CDs/DVDs and others it would not. I called and complained to Sansui Customer Care. No one ever came. I complained again and got the same response.

              Meanwhile I got busy in my work and had to go out of town for a month or so. When I came back, the machine seemed to be working fine. Then in Feb, it completely conked off and would not recognise any CD or DVD. I complained again to Sansui and a technician came over to my place after two days, without calling in advance and unfortunately at a time when I was not home. He met my mother and left a message that he will come back the next day but never returned back.

              I called up Sansui Customer care again after a few days and I was told that my complaint was closed and the reason was – No Responsible person available. I was given another complaint number. The technician came again 2 days later. I was at home this time and he checked the machine in front of me. He advised that there may be something wrong with the head or some PCB. He said he did not carry the parts with him. He said he will comeback in a couple of days.

              It almost 2 weeks now and no one has turned up.

              I have meanwhile contacted Sansui customer care and have been told that the part is not available (and don’t know when it will be available) and that I should contact the service centre for my area (Vikhroli). When I contacted them, they referred me back to Sansui customer care as my machine was under warranty.

              Last I spoke with a supervisor names Dheeraj. He was very unhelpful and would not even let me escalate the complaint to his manager. When I threatened that I will get in touch with Sansui Head-office, he nonchalantly told me to do as I pleased and that it was ok with him.

              The sad bit is that he called himself the floor supervisor and had absolutely curt and rude in his behaviour.

              Please advise, what course of action I must take to resolve my complaint and get my DVD player working again.

                Dear Sir,

                My name is Kamala Sridhar and i am Working for a Private Company.

                I bought a new SANSUI 14" television at Saravan Selvarathinam Textiles Shop for gifting my mother. My mother was asking a television for past one year.

                I was bought this product on january 25, 2009 at Saravana selvarathinam at T_Nagar.

                I was checking the product at that shop itself, thereitself i was found the sound option in TV is not working. I am not aware and asked the representative. He said that is because of the Cable problem in their shop. I beleived his statement, becz humans has to trust each other.

                Product delivered to my house and we opend and checked immediate shock, there is no sound in the TV. it was mute always.

                I rushed to Saravan Selvarathinam shop. They couldn't help me, they said they delivered the product need to touch with the Sansui service centre. I was logged a ticket with service centre.
                They said with in 46 hrs, technician will attend, technician came to my house after 6 days. Technician Name: Jose from Krupa Engineering. No.13, Shastri Nagr, Adyar, Opp to Khivraj Shop. More than 25 days now still i din't get the resolution. The beauty is the brand new product, we didn't even watched the TV for an hour.

                This caused a tension and headache and problem for me. Many times follow up with the Sansui service cenre, SST- T.nagar, and sansui helpdesk. Still my problem didn't resolved.

                I have padi the money, manufacturer, got the benefit & dealer received his benefit. now I am suffering.

                This was the call ihave logged with SANSUI Helpdesk.

                  My Sansui TV purchased on March-2004 from Malaika Appliances, Mira Road (E) and is on 7 year warranty period.

                  From yesterday it's power light is not working, and hence Tv is not getting started.

                  I launched a complaint against it on[protected] bearing complaint no. MUM[protected].

                  I request you to kindly look into this matter and solve my problem asap.

                  But till date I didn't get any information regarding my REFRIGIRATOR even sevaral contacts with your engineer.

                  I am going to complaint against this issue if you have not taken any action.

                      manufacturing Defect in television

                      Dear Sir/madam,

                      myself karthick from chennai. i bought a sansui 29" flat television on jan 13, 2009 from a dealer nearby area. Right from the day one i recieving problem from the TV set...there r some huge Dark colour spots appearing on the TV screen...when i complaint about this to the service center person...they attented and made it clear, but still the problem prevails i asked for an replacement...what should i do...

                      I have the issue with the sansui from past three years ... with the picture tube ... and it is now out of warrenty .. and even if i complaint till now no reselution has been provided .. now i want a reselution for my complaint ..

                      i want some one to fix my tv ... if we call the contact number for the sansui it some time states that the line is busy or some the itself is wrong ...

                      so i want my issue to be fixed and technician to be sent to my house to fix the issue once in all for ever ..

                      i want a responce and a tech should contact ASAP ..

                      Sansui TV 1000 watts — Issue every year with the picture tube

                      We have bought a televsion and for at leaset three years we have got the issue with the picture tube...

                      and as it is out of warrenty when ever we try to contact the sansui contact number the ivr states that the line is busy or check the number

                      i have been fed up with this issue .. and i can't tollerate it any more i need a tech to come to my house and then check the issue ..

                        We have bought a 42" Sansui /projection TV in 2006. Last 2 months we have been facing problem in the display screen. The picture fades off completely and the screen becomes blank all the time. We have been calling the customer service for the past two months and they never responded. They keep saying that they would come but never did that. It's so pathetic that we bought the product from Sansui.

                          SIR, we are taken sansui TV from hreenkar publication pvt. Ltd. recently by 3 months before near by Opp.zaandu Company, ghokule road, dadar (west)

                          The main problem is if we want to see the 50 number channel we should must go to 1-50 there is no option for changing one channel to another channel directly.
                          I am already complained to that shop they are said to me u have to inform directly with customer care.
                          Plz kindly exchange the remote & give to us 100D remote control.
                          I hope that u will be done this problem immediately.

                            We purchased sansui PJ29MULTIPLEX tv in the year[protected], from SNEHANJALI-J.P. road, ANDHERI-WEST. Unfortunately, during shifting of residence our bill and warranty card has been misplaced. During last week, at times we could hear only the sounds while the picture was not seen. And now, neither the sound is heard nor the picture is seen. On complaining, the serviceman visited and inspected the tv and told us that the picture tube has gone. And since, our bill and warranty card has been misplaced, we have to pay the full price for the picture tube. Since, there was warranty for seven years for picture tube and till today the product launch has not completed seven years. Hence, it is a fact that our tv is within the warranty period.
                            So on humanitarian ground, considering the fact of the above case, our picture tube should be replaced free of charge.
                            Hoping your action at the earliest.

                              the problem with the TV is it is in stand by position and it is not working we had consulted sansui service center but they failed to repaire it.being it is so expensive we are urging you to do somthing.as it was a company product the servise center persons are telling that it is hard to be get repaired and they also admitted that the spare parts were also not available to them we buied it in the year 1998

                                  Sansui TV — Poor Customer Support

                                  I have a Sansui TV (29 Inch Hardrock).

                                  My TV has just stopped working and I have registered a complaint with the call center. My complaint number is AHM[protected].

                                  Today a service engineer has visited my place. He told me about something things that are not working. For which I told him that my product is insured and requested him to give me estimate for the same. The service engineer called his boss (Mr. Chetan from Swami Sales) and told me that if I want an estimate then I need to visit his office, he can't give me anything in writing.

                                  Due to this I told the service engineer that I want to talk to your Boss, he connected me to Chetan. Chetan told me that he is not going to come 10 times to my house to provide service. I need to go to his office to collect the estimate form. Also I need to carry my TV to his workshop to repair it. I told why should I carry it is his job for which he told me if he carries it he will charge me Rs. 250 for that. I didn't agree on it, I told him that it is his job and while buying the product we were promised of hassle free service. I have also raised this concern to the call centre operator for which he told me that he has registered the complaint.

                                  Now should I carry my TV myself to get it repaired, is this the kind of service that is provided to customers.

                                  I am very much disappointed with the service.

                                  Myself Kawaljeet Singh and I bought Sansui 14" from Munna Electronics Hazaribag, Jharkhand for which I haven't got any Gaurantee Card. I was asking twice for this and he was ignoring at last he has given me the bill for this for which Invoice no is 1392 dated 16/10/2009.

                                  Now my television is not working properly and I asked him to resolve the problem then he is asking for the guarantee card as I haven't got that and for this he is claiming the amount.for changing the parts.

                                  Now what to do ?? Whom to contact for this ..?? As I am having the the Bill that refers that its under Guarantee Period.

                                    Hi,
                                    I puchased a DVD -Model 1401, from a Noida dealer of 'Noida Electro Appliances Gallery', bill dated 11-12-04. Things were working fine, all of sudden i missed remote of it.

                                    Now i am looking for remote of it.

                                    After making a call on your service center, customer support center employee(kapil) informed me, that they do not contain remote of old DVDs.

                                    Without remote i can never...
