          About room heat

          In the two room heater bought by flipkart on the company Sansui is not working properly the issue is in both heater the heating buld is not glowing properly, in that one is very damaged the issue is the heater is been opened and the marks bee opened can be seen on it, so I request you to service the product and give....

          We have purchased a 55 inches Sansui LED TV under JDUL 2015 offer from Shri Sainath Agencies, Chikhli. As our certificate got maturity and they have promised to give the redeem for worth Rs 29500. As per their guidelines we surfed their official website, but we are unable to find those JDUL links in their official website. Kindly guide us how to redeem this Bond.

            I, Pramod kumar, (Add - Vikas nagar, State – Rajasthan, District –Bharatpur) has purchased Sansui Led Smc 40 Hb TV (Serial No –[[protected]] on dated 31th March, 2016 from Shri Electronics, Bada Bazar, Laxman Mandir, Bharatpur (Raj.).

            The Sansui Led Tv (Model No – SMC40HB21CKF) which I have been purchased under Jitna do utna lo – 2015 consumer offer, that has offered me to avail Rs. 20700/- redemption on next purchase of any KAIL limited product on completion of 4 years and 11 months from date of current purchase. I have received JDUL Entitlement Certificate (Serial No – 40SMC013975) after purchasing of the above-mentioned Sansui Led Tv. As on date the JDUL Entitlement Certificate which I have been received, will be matured to avail Rs. 20700/- redemption on next purchase of any KAIL limited product. I have been approached the above-mentioned local dealer and deliberated to avail the redemption benefit of JDUL Entitlement Certificate, the dealer has not responded well and simply deprived of the issue.

            Nevertheless, I have been trying to visit the official website www.sansui-india.com to avail redemption, the provided official website in JDUL Entitlement Certificate has been displaying “This site can’t be reached” / No information is available for this page. The local dealer has denied and official website not responding well this puts me in awkward / destitute situation. There are plenty of customers are out there in India, who have been purchased Sansui products under this scheme hoping to avail redemption on next purchase of home appliances, now they are totally helpless.

            Kindly look into the above issue and do the needful on priority.

                Dear Sir/Madam May 31th ordered sansui 43inch full HD led smart Antroid TV JSW43ASFHD Rs.14990 in Sansui web store.I followed all steps and finally, tried to paid UPI TRANSACTION.I had a msg from sansui web stores Whatever it is, BANKOPEN has requested money on your Google Pay UPI app. On approving, Rs. 14990.00 will be debited from your account.So i paid Rs.14990.Amount debited my account..but order not placed.so i send msg to customer service...june 1st dear customer it will reverse your amount 5_7 working days..but today 14th june not yet get my refund amount.i send so many emails but they are not responding. So I kindly request you to take an action to recover my refund amount.

"40OTH001019" and get the 20700 rs. on next product. So, please register this complaint and solve as soon as possible.

                      The induction cooktop was delivered to me on 1st April 2021 for 1 year limited warranty. And now it is sparking and not working properly in just 2 months . Please register the complain about this induction cooktop and repair it as soon as possible or either replace it with another.

                            I purchased a Sansui tv under jdul offer. As per the offer company promised me to refund 13900 rupees on completion of 5 years after the purchase. But now the dealer is saying that the company is closed in India and cannot do anything about the offer. What should I do now

                                As mention in the certificate we were supposed to go in http://www.sansui-india.com Or visit the dealer distributor for the redeem 13000/- (Offer Amount), but site is not working & our dealer is not responding,

                                Request you to please guide us further ASAP & suggest the local Dealer/Distributor (in Rajkot, Gujarat, India) were we can visit & redeem certificate/purchase item.

                                  Greetings of the day.With regards to the above subject matter, please be informed that I have purchased a television of model number SMC32HB02C/SMC32HB07C and serial number 32SMN011765 on 15th MARCH, 2016 under JITNA DO UTNA LO - 2015 consumer offer.I was issued JDUL ENTITLEMENT CERTIFICATE amounting Rs.13, 000/- redeemable on next purchase of any KAIL Limited product on completion of 4 years & 11 months from the date of current purchase.Now the certificate is due for redemption hence please let me know where I can redeemed the said certificate since authorised dealer of Sansui products in our city is no more Sansui distributor and hence he has refused to help out us in this matter.
