The led is not working properly, there are some problems in product, the led is getting switched off in every 5 minnuts..

I purchased Sansui LED TV Model NO. SMC50FH16X/SMC50FH17X under JITNA DO UTNA LO - 2015 Consumer Offer on 21 April, 2016.
Under which, I was entitled to avail Rs.29500/- redemption on next purchase of any KAIL LIMITED product after completion of 5 years.
And now, when I contacted the dealer, they said the company has been shut. And after that I contacted the Sansui Customer Care, they are saying that Sansui has been taken over...

This is to submit for your kind perusal that-

1. I, Dheerendra Mudgal had purchased the Sansui LED TV Model No. SMC50FH16X on 31/03/2016 from M.K. Traders, 110-Paltan Bazaar, Dehradun-248001 Tel:[protected] under underJitna Do Utna Lo-2015 Offer of the Sansui India.

2. Under JDUL-2015 Offer, I had received the JDUL Entitlement Certificate Serial No. 50SMN003532 dated 16/04/2016 duly stamped by the Dealer which entitled me to avail Rs. 29, 500/- redemption on next purchase on completion of 4 Years and 11 months from the date of purchase, to be redeemed on www.sansui-india.com of the company. Fulfilling the terms & conditions, I had also registered my purchased product on this website and received a confirmation e-mail on 18/04/2016.

3. But, Now after completion of the maturity period i.e. 4 years 11 months, I am unable to get redemption of this voucher from any Sansui Dealer or through the website www.sansui-india.com of the company or to login the website http://jitnadoutnalo.com/login which was given in confirmation e-mail of the registration of the product as none of these websites are working as on date.

4. I had also contacted the dealership owner of MK Traders, Dehradun viz. Shri Vinay Bansal (mobile no. [protected]), on[protected] who is now informing me that he also has not received any information from the company about 'how to redeem JDUL certificate/ voucher', so no redumption of Rs. 29, 500/- through this JDUL certificate/ voucher can be availed now.

It is, therefore, requested that the issue may kindly be resolved at the earliest. I may kindly be given either the redemption of Rs. 29, 500/- on new purchase of an Sansui Product or the cash amount of Rs. 29, 500/- may be refund to me.

I had purchased 4 tv in 24/02/2016 under JITNA DO UTNA LO offer for that I got bond (JDUL ENTITELMENT CERTIFICATE) from your side now after completing time period when I contacted dealer for claim he is saying that sansui company is not available in india and that bond means nothing now.

In 2016 i have purchased sansui tv under jitna do utna lo scheme. Now after 5 years dealers & company denying the offer. Pls find the mail & certificates attached. Sansui being a japenese company we bought the Tv under this scheme. Kindly provide the product value of 29500 as per Bond provided.

We purchased sansui tv model no SKY43FH11FA under JITNA DO UTNA LO - 2015 Consumer Offer on dated 22/12/2015 through Dealer name Vijay Electronics and received above said certificate no which is about to redeem after 4 years and 11 months from the date of purchase. So after this time came, we visits vijay electronics store and informed them that site address which mentioned in certificate not working. They told us that it will be accessible after february - 2021. we try to reach out this site on this day when i am doing this mail but no any response. So we request you to please look into this matter ASAP to redeem our certificate which you issued us. Please find attached file for your reference. We will waiting for your favourable reply.

I Purchased the Sansui LED TV Model No. SMC24FH02[censored]nder JITNA DO UTNA LO-2015 scheme on 15 March 2016.

Under this scheme the customer is entitled to avail 6500(Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) redemption on next purchase of any KAIL Limited product on completion of 4years 11 months from the date of purchase to be redeemed on www.sansui-india.com of the company.

So, I want to know how will I redeemed this offer. Although their is no such information on the www.sansui-india.com website.

Kindly updates me regarding this issue.
