I have ordered a book with referenceid[protected] on sep 8, 2015. After long time they send me an email on sep 28 that due to product damage they are not able to send book. They mention that my amount will refund in my account within 5-7 days but this money is not refund yet. I also write them twice but they didn't even reply. This site is very bad and they don't care about the customers. I would highly recommend that please don't use this site for buying books. Was this information helpful? |
