In sapna online I ordered 2 items on[protected] but I received one item but yet I didn't get any item .I didn't receive my second item . It still yet not packed.i am soo angry with their service I write a email they they are taking long time I request sapna online to dispatched my 2nd item early as possible please.

I have place a order and after a month also they have not delivered my order and i al called custumer care executive to cancel my order and refund my money and then they told me that they will retrn my money with in 5 days but after 20 days also they not refunded my money... Please dont buy any product from this website...

I have ordered a book with referenceid[protected] on sep 8, 2015. After long time they send me an email on sep 28 that due to product damage they are not able to send book. They mention that my amount will refund in my account within 5-7 days but this money is not refund yet. I also write them twice but they didn't even reply. This site is very bad and they don't care about the customers. I would highly recommend that please don't use...

Bought a book online for Ibps exam, it cost 337 rupees. Order delayed by 1 month, so I cancelled the order. They said the money will be refunded, its been 2 months and above but i didn't received my money. And now when I as calling the customer service they are disconnecting my call. I have put an online order to purchase a book from Sapna Online. Order ID: SAP[protected]. They said the book is available and thus can be shipped in 3-5 business days after order placement. It's been almost a week since placement of order and they have still not dispatched the book. I need a full refund of Rs. 495/-...
